It is a place where famous Indian cost cutting jugad meets a 5 star .like why use disposable shampoo conditioner etc when you can bottle and refill.i cal literally go on but you should visit the place if you are curious to see the details. Nice hotel with good food.

We liked the room and overall ambiance. We were there as part of a big contingent who had come for a meeting. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate everyone's wishes. Rooftop breakfast was good. Only problem was the lift which because of so many people was always busy but then if you don't mind climbing a few steps, it is no problem at all. Check in and check out was breeze.

I have been to umpteen hotels for various purposes, but I would say effotel was the best of the lot. The thing which touched me was the service. I m sure it's a small hotel , but the service is of 5 *. Three days I stayed , I was not able to find even one negative review. Breakfast was tasty and sumptuous. Continue with the good work.
Very poor service attitude (specially Front Desk). NOT WORTH THE FORCED 2.5% SERVICE CHARGE LEVIED IN ROOM CHARGES.

I was on a business trip with my colleague for 2 nights and it was apparent from the moment we checked in that there is something missing in the overall service commitment. Front Desk (check In):- Expect a careless and attitude that lacks ownership. Despite providing all details including GST number in our reservation booking, none were reflecting in the check-in foil. the front-desk wanted us to sign under a single name and also was asking us to provide details but not willing to check in the emails. Front Desk (check out) - we informed well in advance about the airport drop and despite us coming down on time, the vehicle left without us. later the travel desk confirmed that they had no intimation of us traveling to airport. Rooms were adequately maintained and were clean. i preferred the rooms that were not near the road and they were quiet, although there is noise from the next room that comes in (noise of TV or a guest talking on phone) Rooftop restaurant was very good however lack of co-ordination yet again came to the forefront as something ordered too around 24 hours to reach despite reminders to the staff. In case of any requirement to make sure you do not call the front desk as they will not understand your request and instead inform the relevant department and for a small item you will have 4 phone calls and 2 persons coming over repeatedly till you get really frustrated on interruptions. Breakfast - spread of food was good however service again pulled down the experience. If you order food like omlete / dosa, there are chances that it will not be the right qty. BIGGEST SIGN OF DESPERATION IS THAT THE HOTEL CHARGES A 2.5% SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATES. THIS ACTUALLY HIGHLIGHTED THAT LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDED. Perhaps they know, that no one will be happy with their service and tip them voluntarily. I would you to travel to this property if you do not care about the above aspects.

Wonderful experience really nice and polite staff very flexible towards what customer wants no matter if it is available in their menu. They should just be able to find the basic ingredients. Just you need to add a good quality of cheese chilli garlic naan
Perhaps the best room is in a different hotel.....
