Great hotel with best of the accomodation at Indore, food quality is best and prepared as per our need Ankit and Raushan are best in terms of managing the banquet Vinyesh and Praveen has managed the overall event and was very well supported. ..........

The buffet spread was excellent and brought a lot of variety. The staff were very courteous and showed us around the buffet. Mr. Ranjan made sure we got a comfortable place to sit and was very amicable. Mr Anurag also made sure we got to savour the best dishes possible. There were variety of cuisines available, even Mongolian. Thanks for a great evening and I would highly recommend the buffet.

Flower tea was what I had the first time in my life it seemed to be like some kind of magic where a ball turns to b a flower ... I thought tea was only green and .. milk one but boodev made us familiar with amazing flower tea

A ideal example of excellence in Hospitality and Food . Marriot/ JW has always been first preference across the globe for its impressive ambience, luxurious stay, where one gets experience of Global cuisine to lip smacking Indian local delicacies. here in indore we tasted red crisp hot sweet Jalabi, indori poha, egg Benjo @ breakfast and Turiya Dal, Dal Bawla , Lal Maans , Methi Chicken, world best aglio olio pasta and many more tasty and authentic recipes served at single restaurant Indore Kitchen. Which is in hands of a young , versatile food enthusiast Chef Amandeep who pours his heart into recipes. He and his staff specially Ranjit serves them with love and highest hospitality which I experienced. They made us feel the sense of importance at restaurant as well as during my stay by making special recipes for us and insisting to taste all delicious desserts which would melt in your mouth, esp. fresh fruit gateaux, churos with whipped cream and Ras Malai and many more. I have been around the world and tasted food, and the Aglio Olio Pasta which Chef Amandeep specially got made for us was one of the best best Pastas I ever had in my life...thanks. My stay was looked after by Shivanand and Priyanka, who treated me and my father with all the warmth and good hospitality right from making sure I was happy with my room, its view and comfort. We enjoyed the Masala Chai served at Bakery lobby with valentine special Dark chocolate Martini. It doesn't end here even for the road they packed delicious chocolate muffins which turned out to be life saver on exhaustive drive back to Vadodara. I would wrap up saying excellent service and food loved my stay and would look forward for such moments. Keep it up. Thanks all.

I was really astonished at the work atmosphere of Marriott- Indore. I have been staying in five star hotels years since.but never ever came across an hotel ambience and work culture as much as of this great hotel : Marriott-IndoreThe Staffs are highly organized and very well trained and demonstrates excellent customer service skills, excels in a systematic approach to the customers need and very well executed to the satisfaction. Each and every staff I had interacted with had very good advanced computer skills and handles many a situations with ease and above all; handles details personally. Everybody is very cooperative and carry pride in their delegated jobs, exhibits faithfulness and honesty. Its not only that they work very hard but works smart,,, ..creating a very positive hotel environment, and I would say it is the above trained human capital which is the greatest resource of Marriott -Indore. I would like name a few As to name specifically to their designationsI would start with Executive Chefs; Amandeep and Pritam; I am not sure; whether I have spelled them correctly butat least thats how they sound like.really amazing characters in their field of expertise.the most outstanding members of the hotel industrytheir culinary expertise is outstanding. Hotel industry cannot sustain successfully without such professionalsand they very much deserved to be recognized by the industry. Its not that they are just good Chef; but they find joy in cooking for others and that too to each and every customers customized taste. They approach you again and again to understand your taste and assimilate your comments and formulate wonders to jam your taste buds.just wonderfulChef Pritam; I would say is not just a Chef but a great technician ..who have learned through endless repetition and innovative process to fine tune your taste buds. He finds contentment, satisfaction and completion by continuously serving you to your fill, fulfilment and taste. Others to follow are Mr. Divyendu Tiwari from the engineering departmentwho is always at your call always making sure of their climatic comfort of the customers.who always respond to your technical queries and he himself is an encyclopaedia on his subject.Next comes Mr. Bunty from the room servicewho takes care of your room service to your satisfaction along with Miss Shalini ..another wonderful character who makes sure you feel at home.her expertise in towel art work and flower bouquet is wordlessNext comes Miss Sukrati from the travel desk who is a young smart girl whom you may find difficult to locate stationed in any corneran active girl who runs around the hotel owned vehicles to delegate work to chauffeurs without rest. Marriott- Indore would have been 100% customer satisfied ..but for the exorbitant taxi charges collected by the travel desk for their chauffer driven taxi service.which is a swindler in the field of hotel industry..only exception is that the service extended by their two well trained and well manned chauffeurs; Mr. Vijay and Miss. Ritu bridges the industry deficiency of inflated charges by their sincere services. My comments would be incomplete ..if I dont mention the names of two most important professionals I have identified from the hotel industry of Marriott- Indore.. they are none other than Miss Bhagyashree and Miss Joisy Jacob an ex-crew of a lead airlines; the two most outstanding hotel professionals; who exhibits and embraces great leadership qualities, demonstrates a high level of self-confidence, self-esteem, and emotional intelligence, handles details of customers personally and executes delegation of work appropriately to the subordinates for ultimate customer satisfaction, two professionals who goes beyond the call of duty, highly conscience of their quality of work and a mentor to other employees, Miss Joisy Jacob; specifically dazzles everyone with a wonderful and attractive professional dressing manner and with the quality of her work,, and I would say both Miss Bhagyashree and Miss Joisy Jacob; are an asset to the hotel industry; which would have been incomplete otherwise. Real assets which exceeds expectations and a backbone of the positive workplace tone Both serve as an excellent role models for the industry in their focused profession.
