Worst experience ever! Very unhygienic. We could not understand how a company like OYO could associate itself with this hotel. The rooms shown online are a scam!! Very deceiving..Cockroaches and cats everywhere. There was poop all over the floor outside our room. When booking online, it said there was airconditon and restaurant but it was all bogus. Please be very careful when booking with this hotel.

This oyo is located around 20 Kms from Indore airport and 8 Kms from the junction . Checks all the tick marks for a budget hotel in Rs 1000 range . Standard oyo fare with good facilities . Didn't try the restaurant though

We had booked two rooms on 7th Sep 2018 via Oyo. Keeping in mind that Oyo rooms will be of a decent quality I did not explore much about the property. The rooms were small, sheets were not changed, the room had smell of moisture, bathroom were smelling, no mugs, no running hot water, no mosquito repellents, fan not working, lift not working, TV required to be set up as TV remote brought from some other room and then taken away Everything was to be asked for. We asked the room service to change the sheets and he changed the sheets and blanket cover. The pillow cover was not changed. We had to ask again to change the pillow cover but the quality was not satisfying but he did not have another set. Mosquito repellents were asked and then provided, asked hot water for drinking but was provided in plastic bottle. Hot water was provided in the morning in bucket but that too with delay and after repeated calls. It appears that Oyo is missing in checking the standards to be expected from their rooms and you do not find detailed reviews to a particular hotel to decide on whether to book . The pictures on Oyo website is misleading. The map link provided by them took us to another branch of the hotel thus wasting time and resources. Pl be careful when booking this hotel.

Worst experience ever. I booked this hotel through OYO app. After watching very nice pictures from OYO I thought OYO has a brand but everything was different including rooms and service. The room inside is in very bad condition plus the furniture and paint. I book this hotel for 1 day for 6 people (My family) so I booked extra bed which was charged separately but at night when I asked them for bed they gave me cheap quality mattress(The one which is used in small town marriages) . Washrooms are too small. Plus the staff members they don't even knock the room first before entering. The mosquito s were bitting me like hell so I asked them for mosquito coil after 15-20 mins he bought one that too the stand was not present. In the morning when my family members went in washroom the tap water was finished and they have to wait in the washroom for 15-20 mins for the water to flow. This was limit. Toiletry kit was also not present. I asked OYO customer support for help but they said me that for good will they will give me 500 off on this booking but for that I need to close thus report and cannot forward it to ground level verification. Iwas like what the hell I am not doing all this to get compensation ! When I refused to take the compensation they forwarded my concern to the ground depart ment and told me that I will get callat morning. This OYO people can only make fake promises never ever believe them ! Again I didn't received any call from ground verification team.so I called the customer support again and they said me I need to contact OYO captain. So when I called OYO captain his number was switched off. Again I called customer support for help so she told me that she is contacting the property manager and put my call on hold for about 45 mins I didn't received any word from her. I have attached all the pictures as a proof to each and every word which I have written here.Guys please don't book this hotel through any app. The rating which you are watching on OYO is like they are giving 50 INR off if you are giving them 5 star rating. So please don't book coz of ratings. Please read the reviews on Google. Also don't bring your family here this is not the right place. In this much budget you will find more better hotel than this in Indore. And yes I don't trust this OYO now !!!! Not worth of a single start also !!!!!

The hotel and service is good and economical id you are looking for a budget hotel in this range. Location is also good and convenient for travelling anywhere in the city or outside the city. Overall a good hotel.
