Heritage hotel it is and rooms are big and spacious . Bathroom was not comfortable . water kept leaking from the faucet. I had made a request for my driver to be accomodated . they were charging substantial amount but provided only bunk beds without even a mattress . Hotels must give some decent living space for drivers as they too are human

Heritage look is there. Rooms are big but no central heating available. Small home use kind of portable heaters are placed which cannot heat a room of 200 sq ft area approx. No swimming pool. Its a small pond. Staff is not professional. You have to ask for things to get done. Not concerned much with your comfort. It was a cheating with us in the name of Gala Dinner ( On the eve of 31st Dec,2019) in which there was nothing much beyond food. There was few soft drinks/juices and a singer singing in karaoke mode.No orchestra. No dance. The dance hall was already rented to some other outside party in which hotel guests were not allowed. This costed us Rs.4000 per guest. We had to pay for children even who are legally barred for consuming alcohol.

Travelling as a family, this hotel is not one that carries any luxury, customer service and reasonable food. The rooms are big and the location is central. Trying to order room service is impossible in English and when was spaghetti bolognaise full of chilli which was ordered for a 6 year old and then re ordered via the manager as spaghetti with cheese only and only arriving less spicy spaghetti bolognaise again. Then both nights the blaring noise from the roof top restaurant was so loud and unreasonable lasting until around 3am. Breakfast is below par with starting at 7am and at 7.10am the staff are only starting the preparation, the tables are still filthy from the night before. So we ended up wiping the dirty table cloth with a napkin. Our stay has been one that has had been less than enjoyable. I would suggest if you are looking at this review, stay somewhere else.

We arrange a event at grand chankya. Food and service was very good. Staff are very supportive thanks to mr Omkar, mr Sabit, Mr Raj Yadav and Mr Vipul. We all are enjoyed. Special thanks to Mr Khushi Mangani for the arrangement.

Utterly incompetent and thuggish management and staff. Impossible to sleep on pretty much any day or night as there are events (weddings, etc) almost daily at all times. If the event isnt on, workers create a nuisance with setting up for the next event. Management flaunts noise restriction rules to win business at the expense of hotel guests and neighbours. Most nights the. Ouse continues well past midnight. If you complain, they bring out their thuggs to threaten you.
