Its like homecoming in Jaipur!! I was my first visit to Jaipur and I stayed at this place for around one and a half month. This place is definitely a perfect epitome of excellent hospitality. The lovely hosts ensured all our requirements were met. Each morning and night we were served with mouthwatering meals. The house is clean and spacious. The ambiance is very serene and cosy and Rathor family is extremely amicable. Mr. Rathor is fatherlike and Mrs. Rathor is just as my maa and so as the food she cooks. Their family is very similar to that of mine and all of them are extremely warm-hearted and welcoming including Bliss(their pet). Time spent here is ever cherishing and indelible. The market is easily accessible from the property and the locality is very good. I didn't feel homesick even once as it felt like home throughout. Thanks to Rathor family for such love, warmth and hospitality. P.S- A much recommended stay!!!

Hey everyone, I am here to share my stay experience at Gunawati retreat, Jaipur.Firstly I am pleased with its location. It is located in the middle of Jaipur surrounded with almost everything a traveller may need.Secondly, I must appreciate the homely touch and connection with the hosts. All of them are kind, considerate and helpful.Being a tea addict, I trouble them a lot but they never complained about it.The ambience of the guest house is completely mesmerizing and calm.I have spent multiple weekends here and most of the weekends I've felt not going out just to relax and feel this place. The rooms are neat and tidy, quite spacious and well furnished.Last and the most important- I have never eaten such authentic traditional food before.I mean I got more than what I had expected. The homely food and hospitality is worth appreciation.Overall its a place better than a hotel in terms of hospitality, comfort and housekeeping.Thank you Uncle and aunty for being such great hosts.(Mr and Mrs Rathore) Regards, Shruti Gupta

We stayed at this home stay in the first week of November during one of our official trips. I must say we were highly impressed by the property. First it's located in a very good locality in the city. The hosts are such lovely people, that we felt at home while staying. The food served is so homely that one doesn't feel like they are staying in a hotel. Coming to the rooms, they are as good as any four start hotel. The bathrooms are excellent, and they provide, tea and coffee maker in their rooms. The hosts also guide you with any help required in the city. All in all it was a wonderful experience and will surely stay there again.

Worst homestay experience ever! Hosts are rude and abusive! Food is really bad and your booking is never confirmed, can be asked to leave anytime irrespective of your booking if someone else is paying a higher tariff! Greedy people and rooms are not what you see in the picture! So many better options for home stays at the same price in Jaipur! Also, women aren't really safe there!
