What's Good: Ambience & roof top restaurant
What needs to improve : Very first thing hotel didn't had lift and missing many other important facilities such as tea kettle, floor mat in bathroom no toiletries, no fridge.

This little hotel was a delight! First off, I just want to tell you: the baths are large, sparkling clean, beautifully refurbished, and have hot water ...24/7!!!!! If that doesnt sell you, read on. The Hotel Pearl Palace is truly perfect, with exquisitely decorated rooms and corridors boasting Indian details and motifs as well as original art pieces by the owner, who is a very talented artist with a quirky but classic style. My room was quiet, full of natural light, tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. The rooftop boasts a two-level open restaurant, which is a lovely, bustling space to meet up with other travellers, and the food is quite good. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The staff was kind, responsive, and very professional. And such a great deal! The Hotel Pearl Palace is a veritable oasis in the desert for one badly in need of a shower, a lime soda, and some R&R. I also booked a city tour with the hotel, which was a lot of fun and very interesting. A word of advice: when the guide asks if you want to stop and see artisanal crafts, politely decline, and urge others in your group to do the same. Trust me. The artisans AKA touts will rob you blind if you dont know what youre doing! So, stick to the sightseeing and save your shopping for another time. Also, avoid the shops in the hotel. They are overpriced.

We had a double deluxe room which I would definitely put over a 2 star rating that this hotel has - it was gorgeous! Spacious, air con, comfy bed, and warm shower. Bathroom tiles were beautiful. The peacock restaurant on the rooftop is a huge benefit, and there is a little yard area downstairs too. The only slight pain for me was that staying on the 3rd floor meant that we were under the restaurant so heard noise of chairs being dragged about but the restaurant opening hours matched with our sleeping pattern so it didnt really bother us!

HPP is a very special, spotless and welcoming place to stay. We (family of 4), stayed for about a week over Christmas and after inhaling too much Delhi smog, and ill in bed for days, we couldnt have been in a safer or more caring place. The staff constantly asked how we all were and went to great lengths to help us get medicines and have everything we needed (and much more). They really care for their guests and nothing was too much to ask. The restaurant was incredible, so good, that we never actually ate anywhere else since the quality of the food was so high and the menu was so vast. Live music was magical. The owner too, was a very humble and friendly man. Raj at the desk was very helpful too sorting out problems that we had with pre-booked flights and trains, making extra calls and printing tickets out for us. A very patient and honest man! We love HPP so much, that we are booking to go in October!

Nice hotel with good food options on the rooftop restaurant and pleasant clean rooms. Avoid front facing room due to noise of autorickshaw drivers talking and revving engines under the window until 11/12 at night.

I was really impressed by this homestay, the character of the rooms are all different and are very inviting a clean the ensuite is to a very to high standard putting some +200 per night UK hotels to shame, one draw back is the some of the rooms can be somewhat difficult to find and access if you have difficulty walking as you have to go up a flight of stairs and down a flight but reception have people on hand to assist so it is not a major issue unless you have had a few drinks, that is another point to make, there is no alcohol sold in the roof top restaurant but nothing wrong with a bit of detox, the restaurant however has an amazing view and you will be served the finest food in Jaipur there is a good quantity of options in the menu and is heaven for vegetarians, nights in Jaipur are cold so dress warm this however was in February. The all day tour group is not to be missed! I was tempted to take the half day in the autorickshaw because I had just travelled 4 hours in a taxi, however I opted for the all day tour and I am glad I did. The tour guide Mr Surendra, is a very friendly, intelligent and informative chap who was a pleasure to accompany, he took us to the Wind Palace, Jantar Mantar, Pear Palace, Amber Fort, Hanuman Temple visiting multiple goverment approved sellers, I bought many things knowing these are the real deal. His tour was certainly the highlight of my visit to Jaipur, I only wish I had a few more days. Other mentions Laundry service is affordable and has a quick turn around. For suncream, Shower gel and sanitary or snacks ask a rickshaw driver to take you To Vishal Mega Mart, essentially a supermarket. ICI Bank ATMs offer the best exchange rate. Ask the Hotel to order your Taxi or Autorickshaw. Book everything through your Hotel.
