When our car first pulled in to the small narrow street of the hotel we were a little nervous as to where our tour operator had taken us but once we checked in and met the owner our concerns were instantly put to ease. Raghvendra is a warm and welcoming man who has a passion for conserving the Haveli's of the town and for cooking. His interaction with his staff is great to see and you can feel the warmth and friendship he has with them especially as they are all cooking together in the kitchen which we were welcomed to watch and be a part of. We also had henna and massages arranged for us at the hotel plus a walking tour around the town. I'd love to get the opportunity to come here again. The rooms are basic but very comfortable.

We only stayed one night but our 24 hour visit was jam packed. Walking tours shopping cooking class lots of conversation. The owner even got us a bottle of champagne to have with dinner. His staff of four young men were delightful. It was a lovely relaxing stay in a safe heritage fresco hotel - very authentic. Nothing was too much trouble. We saw a Kulfi vendor on the street so he stopped to buy us some. Had the best Marsala tea. Bought some hot chilli chips. No pressure just wanted us to experience his passion which is bringing tourism to Ramgarh to experience the Open Air Art of this heritage area. Only critique is that the bed/bath linen needs updating. Had a fantastic time. Thank you

Stayed at the Hotel Ramgarh Fresco on a recent trip to the Shekawati region of Rajasthan. It is a traditional Haveli. Rooms are basic, and neat and clean. The housekeeping can be better; dont seem to have an eye for detail. Saw cobwebs in the bathroom, and the room I stayed in did not have a shower curtain. They do not have TVs in the rooms and the Wi-Fi is very iffy, does not work most of the times. The staff is hospitable and the service is excellent. The food is great. The lighting in the rooms is more on the dim side, so people, who want a brighter room, will feel challenged, since natural lighting is also compromised, due to small windows. I would guess this could be the best option in Ramgarh.

Its a haveli converted into a hotel... very nicely done considering the constraints... the entrance is gorgeous ....rooms are large ... it was very cold .. January and the blower heater is not adequate for such a large room... the cleanliness could be looked into so dont go looking for luxury... sitting on the chaat terrace and having masala chai was great... mr raghvender the manager was very knowledgeable... we met the owner Sanjay khandelwal... says he fell in love with the haveli and Ramgarh... we wish him all the best

Great hotel. The Owner Mr. Raghavendra had gone out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable including cooking himself for us and even helping me buy kites from the local market. His knowledge of the places history and stories add a charm to the stay. Rooms were nice enough (but could be better kept) and because we are were a large group we also got the courtyard to us. And yes, since the place is pet friendly it made our holiday even more complete as could get our Shih-Tzu as well.
