Very close to markets and city, this is a nice hotel in Jaipur. Rooms are large and comfortable, clean and tidy. The service is good, and staff are very responsive. The restaurant serves tasty foods in reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is, however, average compared to other hotels. Another improvement will be to have staff speak a little bit English. Some of them, even in reception, are not able to communicate properly even though there are so many tourists coming to the hotel.

Hotel is well kept and the person on the front desk is helpful. It is near the railway station as well as bus stand. I am writing this review after 1 year, we visited in December, 2016. But better late than never. Cleanliness up to the mark. Peaceful atmosphere in Bani Park even though you will find hotels everywhere in the area. They provide you wi-fi facility only after you register your mobile number and email id to them, which is quite good security wise. The toiletries provided are sufficient enough and from the brand biotique only. Bathrooms are compact but clean. No complaints whatsoever. Just keep the hotel this way always.

Please avoid this hotel. My boyfriend and I arrived after a long day traveling to find a woman carrying bricks on her head. Inside reception a man told us the hotel is under construction and if we want we can cancel our booking. We decided to see the room first, since it was getting late and we didn't want the hassle of looking for somewhere else. As we were showed to our room it was clear that this hotel should not even be listed on booking websites. The majority of the rooms had been ripped out, there were holes in the walls with bricks and flooring lying around and hanging cables. The hotel is a complete health and safety hazard, the man even admitted it is a risk and he is staying across the road because of it. He said they have 4 other guests staying there, which I find extremely difficult to believe since all of the perks were unavailable. The roof terrace was off limits and the WiFi didn't work. They didn't even offer us a discount on the price so we found somewhere else and got out of there. Very unprofessional and annoying as, if we had known the hotel was under construction we would have booked elsewhere. Nowhere on any booking sites did it say it was under construction and no effort was made to pre warn us. We asked for them to refund the 40 rupees we spent on a Tuktuk from the train station as a gesture of goodwill and they said no. They wouldn't even arrange transport for us to get to the other hotel we booked. They didn't seem to care about us at all. For the price there are much better places to stay in Jaipur.

I came from Mumbai with my friends we enjoyed alot in Jaipur and in hotel Ramsinghplace . Service given by Mahender, Pradeep and Shankar was awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful . We enjoyed dinner on rooptop, nice view of city and metro. I personally recomand this hotel to my friends and everyone .

I stayed for two days in this place with my friends. It is quite close to the main road and has good accessibility to the city however, finding the place may seem a little difficult initially. The streets look a little dodgy but are quite safe even at night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I really appreciate the effort they put in to add aesthetic value to the building and rooms. The room we first received had a broken lock and the staff immediately helped us move into a new room free of charge. The only drawback to this place is that there is no elevator. Anyone who gets a room on the second floor and higher might find it cumbersome to climb 2 or more flights of stairs each time they want to get to their rooms.
