What's Good: Staff in Restaurant
What needs to improve : Everything else, even a water bottle costs Rs.120/- ! They supply only 2 bottles of 200ml water to you, try live on that ! Else pay 120/- per litre!
Reason For Rating : Bad service, tiny rooms, facilities horrible, atrocious prices, very limited choice of food & drinks. Not worth being called a Business Hotel, in fact this Hotel has no business to be in business.

Reason For Rating : The rooms are small & washroom is the smallest very similar to the aeroplane's toilet. Our experience of front desk was also not good. Good for singles only, not meant for family.

Reason For Rating : I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Mr. Harsh at the reception desk was extremely helpful, polite, amiable and service-oriented. My requests for late check-out, luggage storage, takeaway food, etc. was deftly handled by him. I saw him covering for one of his colleagues too, meaning he left after his shift at about 2 pm and was back at 8 pm. Deserves more than a pat. As far as the room itself is concerned, it was comfortable and clean. Two water bottles were diligently placed in my room every day, irrespective of the state of the earlier bottles. The housekeeping boy, Mr. Pramod did an efficient job. My compliments to him. The restaurant, Spice It, was good too. The breakfast spread was nice. Despite not being too elaborate, it had just about right options for me to chose from. The team at the restaurant too was very attentive and polite. All in all, a memorable experience. I look forward to staying in this hotel again.

What's Good: One of the most poorly serviced hotels i've ever stayed in, compared even to 2 star hotels. I stayed here for 6 days and its been a pain trying to get the smallest of things done by the hotel. No hot water in peak winters time, any room service requirement would not be fulfilled before 30 mins and it would still usually be wrong. Any complaints made to the hotel staff were usually answered by "we'll look into it/its being taken care of". But you can rest assured nothing is being done about it. Unless some high ranking official from the hotel management drops in with his family for new years at which point everything magically falls into place.

What's Good: it was a very pleasant stay at ibis hotel, Jaipur. Lovely spread of breakfast, clean rooms, Comfortable mattress, polite staff, lovely white bathrooms. Although the bathroom is little small, but that's absolutely manageable.great Value for money. 5 kms from johri bazaar. U get autos standing just in front of the hotel. They charge some 70/80 rs. To market.

An good property & Value For Money Hotel.What you get is neat & clean room covering all basic amenities and suitable for short stay. Breakfast & spread decent and good Wi-Fi coverage. Only concern was to do with location where u don't get to see any good city view and also address mentions as Metro Station but its actually at Civil Line Metro Station which is not premium locality but other than that the service & property is Good and ideal for single / double and family with 1 child within 6 years for comfortable bed.

Checked in late at night and was assigned a room with a smell emanating from the toilet and an air conditioner probably had a malfunctioning thermostat. Requested a room change the next morning and request was promptly attended to. New room was up to usual Ibis standards Breakfast was excellent in both the spread and the taste!

The visit was really good this time as MR Anmol Narang and his team made sure that the problems I faced last time did not happen this time. The quality of food drastically improved, the cleanliness also was maintained and most of all it stood up to the ACCORs hospitality. I had opted for an early check in and late check out, which was taken care off and I was handed over my room keys in mear 5 min of check in. The variety of food in breakfast that I complained last time was also taken care off and this time there was a lavish spread of breakfast and well managed. The F&B manager ( MR Sandeep ) had taken extra interest and was very courteous. Just one draw back that I also mentioned to Anmol was the smell that a claustrophobic room has. I also gave him a suggestion that they can over come this by a room freshener that is automatic and is set for every one hr. Over all the stay was comfortable and good this time.

Front Desk Person Mr. Vikalp was very much in Hurry... i guess with every guest.Rooms are small but if you compare with rates its reasonable... Food was extra ordinery.. Manish from Restaurant department was very helpful always...Over all its Good Experience with IBIS...

Please avoid. Like the plague. The rooms have what I can only describe as built in porta cabin loos, which Ive never ever seen in a hotel. No ventilation dk the corridors smell. And no room service of alcohol. Everyone is very polite but so what. It counts for nothing when the experience is so bad. Take my word. Stay away.
