I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a G Adventures tour. I really loved it as a budget hotel. My room was huge and had everything I needed. The owner was very friendly and ready to help - his father built it and he is determined to carry on the good work. There is a small restaurant/cafe in the building which offered a range of dishes. Loved the rooftop terrace on the warm balmy nights - I even found a washing line to hang up a few things. Would definitely return here. If you're after something clean and spacious where you'll feel safe and get good honest value then this is the place.

Our room was large and comfortable with interesting touches, such as the antique painted armoire and the glass bricks in the floor at the entrance, letting in light. It was next to a large garden, and we could hear peacocks. Everything worked, and the craftsmanship in the room, the plumbing, lights, etc, was meticulously finished. There were patterned cotton sheets on the beds, and ceiling fans over them. The entire hotel is immaculate. The prices are quite reasonable. The owner, who is also the manager, is multi-lingual and personable, lives on the premises and takes a personal interest in the business. We felt welcome and important, but not intruded on. The lobby is wonderful: ceiling fans, huge coolers decorated with a massive mosaic of broken blue Jaipur pottery, a library of actual books, comfortable chairs in conversation areas, and little stories posted about everything. There's a good cafe where we ate most nights; unlike many visitors to India we had no stomach upsets. My companion left before I did; I moved to a tiny room which was nevertheless interesting and comfortable. There's a tuktuk stand across the street. I'll certainly go back.

Stayed as part of a G Adventures tour - it felt like I was staying as a house guest - quirky and comfy. Lots of nice touches which made it memorable, books to borrow, games to play, delicious food, breakfast was particularly good especially when being watched over by a local peacock. Would happily stay there again, or recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Jaipur.

We stayed here on a G Adventures planned tour and wish we could have stayed longer. A real home feel, the owner was friendly and clearly passionate about delivering a good service. The room was fantastic, large, lovely decor, very clean, comfy bed, air con great. Little verandah which was perfect for hanging out our washing which obviously dried very quickly! The owner organised Yoga on the roof for a group of us early morning which was fantastic overlooking Jaipur, the calm before the storm. We also had a relaxed beverage on the roof one evening. Breakfast was brilliant and varied. Eggs, fruit, bread, spreads, local dishes. The self service for the rest of the day there was a range, and the ordering system worked effectively.

Value for money. Very clean, spacious rooms. Owner personally interact and very helpful. Roof-top view is wonderful. The hotel manager is a real genuine person rather is a person of great interest. The location is the best thing. This hotel is very well maintained. Even the cafe downstairs is pretty good. After searching for like 3-4 days on internet, this was the best I could get in lower prices. I would highly recommend everyone to book their stay in this hotel.
