  • Beautiful palatial Luxury villa but bad service and outdated equipment

by Abhieshek on December 5, 2016

I was at this resort last week and spent 3 nights at their top category luxury villa. My experience on the whole was average even thou, the room mesmerized me the moment I set foot in it. My liking for the resort comes from mainly the room and the food. Otherwise the resort has nothing much to offer. Great for weddings and big groups looking to spend time together. Not recommended for small families and couples because it can get very lonely, deserted, and silent at nights. The resort is very scarcely lit at nights, making your commute within on foot, very difficult. Let me describe my judgement as per my experience in detail; STAFF The house keeping staff is very polite and would do anything to keep the guests happy and satisfied. But on the other hand, the staff at the restaurants and the valet people including the ones you see under the foyer are EXTREMELY RUDE, ARROGANT, and least bothered about the guests. Always in their own world and throwing attitude all over the place. FOOD I had the opportunity to have all the meals at the resort itself for 4 long days and I loved it all. Surely its pretty expensive but worth it. SERVICE Service was poor most of the time. Thou the staff taking requests and responding over the phone were polite, the service was seldom rendered. Their excuse always for the delay was that the staff is busy because of the wedding. This is the lamest excuse because I feel, it being a 5-star resort, should always be ready and geared up for the event. It wasnt a sudden even, it was a planned event and so the resort should have pulled up their socks and been more efficient. LOCATION Located in the interiors just before the Jaipur main city and they do not have sufficient sign boards and hence one has to rely on the GPS or their luck because neither are there any shops or establishments nearby nor any habitation that would help/guide you on your way to the hotel. Especially at nights, it could get very difficult to reach the property if you are new. There is hardly any cellular reception at the property and the WIFI is extremely poor. So basically you are mostly cut off from the world when you are there. AMMENITIES The swimming pool is beautiful and the gym is spacious. There are several indoor and outdoor venues for social gatherings and are decent. ROOMS The rooms are spacious but in dire need of renovation in terms of the electronics provided as they are outdated and do not work properly. The TVs, DVD Players, Music System etc. Also the look of everything in the room is pleasant from far, but the touch and feel makes you realise that its old and rotten. The garden in the villas was not well maintained, the sofas were almost broken, the drainage in the bathrooms were always almost blocked, the WC is very old and does not work properly. Only if they had BETTER SERVICE, things would have been a lot better! All in all, not really worth it until you have a big group and getting a bulk discount and you decide to not leave the resort all through the stay.

  • Simply mesmerizing!

    by cp0905 on November 29, 2016

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Lebua resort at Jaipur. The beautiful premises compare with any of the top of the line resorts worldwide. The hospitality is wonderful and the property is really well maintained. The villas with private pools are the ultimate in luxury. The flowers in bloom all around make it all the more divine. A special mention of the hotel staff that really made our star memorable. If you plan to stay at Jaipur, you should definitely give this place a try. It will help you relax and unwind. Looking forward to stay here again sometime.

  • What a gorgeous resort!!

    by Alex N on November 26, 2016

The service is impeccable. The room was larger than my apartment at home. Pool is beautiful. Food is delicious. What a pleasant stay. We visited for a wedding and had the time of our lives! Hard to get in and out as its out of town, but otherwise a perfect vacation. Truly 5 star experience in my opinion. Good to get away from hustle and bustle of pink city and close enough to explore and sight see.

  • Serenity and luxury!

    by Anna C on November 25, 2016

We stayed here for a friend's wedding for two nights. The rooms are massive and has everything you need including a huge marble bathroom and a nice comfy bed. The service is great and the views from the breakfast room are stunning. Only down points are yes it is in the middle of no where but its nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is your spot. The other only minor down sides are the Internet is non existent and the air-conditioning is ridiculously loud. However the latter was solved by wearing ear plugs to sleep. Plus you don't need internet in such a serene place. Sometimes it's good to switch off. So yes honeymooners stay here. It's well worth it!
