What's Good: The rooms, it was neat and clean. The rooms are spacious. Toilet is clean
What needs to improve : Service could have been little fast but it is not a main concern. They are responsive though
Reason For Rating : neat, clean, spacious and budget hotel. Very peaceful location, around 10mins walk from Mansarovar metro station Jaipur. Staff was well behaved. I stayed here in December 2018

What needs to improve : I paid for a room with AC, but No AC and TV during my entire stay
Reason For Rating : I have stayed for 9 days. No water heater for 4 days, then after presistent demand they repaired it. provided me two bucket of hot water in the morning. No AC and TV during my entire stay, excuse under renovation. Breakfast was good.

Reason For Rating : I had a very bad experience. I reached Jaipur in morning so I placed a request to start the login time as 6am in morning. System was showing message. But, when I reached hotel, a man(employee) was sleeping in door. He was so rude to speak and he didnot allowed to check in hotel in morning. He said i had to pay extra charges for this. And he had taken Rs. 300 from me. Also i left room before 24 hours.

Reason For Rating : I choose hotel through your website but when I reach there I found room in very bad condition although I called 1 hour before check in. 1- Room at 4 floor without lift. 2- No light in corridor. 3- Rooms are very smally and full of smoke of cigarettes. 4- Bathroom outside the room 5- Manager rood behavior. 6- Manager said me cancel the booking and leave or pay rs 800 more for another room. 7- Open holes in wall which come cold air from outside. 8- Room not up to the mark. So I leave that hotel on 22-dec nite and shifted in another one. This is totally bad experience this time through yatra. Com. This type of experience will create bad image of Yatra. I visited here with my wife very bad hotel there are rats in the room no ro water supplied to guests ,room shown in picture are different in real , very bad bathroom ,no privicy they open room with master key ,when u order food they charged 20% extra on price and gst extra

We stayed here just for a day during our Jaipur visit. Its near the Airport , Metro Station is bit far from this location Its a budget hotel with budget features, management is good and very supportive. Would recommend this place
