It is meant to be a guest house "home away from home" but we only stayed as it was 600 IDR a night and we didn't want to walk further and look through other places. What was nice was that on the back of their business card they have the main sights what you should see in and around Jaipur and it is possible to get hot water. We had to ask for other bed sheets as we could clearly tell that the sheets had been used before, they were full of hair and even coffee patches (there were matching with the ones on the mattress, we were THAT sure that they were used). Rooms had lots of ants in them and dirty underwear behind the toilet door. WiFi works only/best around the entrance area. Don't expect any good English in case you need help, in case the younger woman is around ask her, she's helpful. We even had to put in our details for all the visa stuff on our own on their laptop, thats a bit weird and takes a while if you haven't done that before, it should also be done by them.. It was also weird that they went away with our passports to be copied and took more than half an hour to be back but when they needed to copy one of them again they just did it right at the accommodation. If you don't have a problem with low budget travelling you will be fine, if you expect a bit of communication base or anything consider checking other places out first.
