What's Good: For the money I spent - I expected better aminities and better quality of food.. it was not upto 5 star standards.. Room size was fantastic - but food quality could have been a lot better.. the breakfast buffet could be avoided for folks used to 5 star hotel breakfasts..

The hotels ambience is of big haveli or palace setting with all the trappings that go with it. What puts it apart is the service. Especially the Food and Beverage and the house keeping. The staff are polite to the degree of embarrassment. The rooms are a bit awkward as the original structure has been retained. You need to plan in an extra day in your itenerary to enjoy this hotel

Bit disorganised. I went for a massage. They said the masseur had a problem and would be 40 mins late, but it was obvious they forgot to book him. I have also been trying to book an internal flight for three days through reception. Still not done. The gym was built about 25 years ago and some of the equipment is that old. Lovely setting and helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful palace.

My first ever trip to Rajasthan (pink city) and it was one of the best trip ever as i got to stay in this royal hotel...As soon as we checked in we were welcomed in a royal way ...!! Our room was on 3rd floor , with beautiful view and large bed. They have one antique genuine jewellery shop... bought one gorgeous earrings. We wanted to have a full round of hotel, the staff helped us explaining each corner of the hotel... Dinner in courtyard with chilling weather was something we liked the most, bcz we had heaters around. Our 3 days stay went happily and totally worth it.

The beauty of this palace cant be expressed in words.. as soon as we entered the hotel we were welcomed by wide smiles and the palace is beautiful and every corner has some integrated designing . Big lush emerald green gardens, the room we stayed was very spacious and had a small museum with some old vintage stuff. My friend lizi really liked it as she is a fan of vintage things. Food was awesome ,we had this maharani thali with so my dishes .lovely ambience inside the restaurant. Staff make this place more likable as each one of them was very courteous Overall a great experience and I got back with lots and lots of captured memories. 10 on 10 in everything will be back someday.

We'll it was my second visit to Jaipur and I decided to stay at the raj palace ...must say it was one of my best experience.. amazing hospitality...with extreme care... The roomis stayed in was a historical room , was very comfortable and large room... The palace is 300 years old and restored very nicely.... The chandelier in the multicuisine restaurant is very beautiful to see... Dinner was very impressive and yummy.I took the spa therapy that was also great and enjoyed the pool next to it. I was lucky enough as I got upgraded on the second day of my stay... Staff is very polite and quick to help. Overall a amazing and extraordinary experience. ..will recommend to my friends.
