What's Good: Heritage style, art, customer service.
What needs to improve : On the day of check-in, we were told that the room is ready but had to wait for almost 1.5 hours. Request them to improve on this.

What's Good: Hygiene,washrooms,rooftop restaurant
What needs to improve : Hospitality, should be more humble, property is smaller
Reason For Rating : It was good, clean, tidy but rooms are small. Hospitality is ok ok, they would run after foreigners only. Property is small but roof top restaurant is good, hygiene is taken care of whether it is pool or bathrooms. The t.v is very small and they denied us complementary water bottles on checkout day.

What's Good: Arrangement of taxi was highly charged and it was beyond the control of management. For example the distance to Railway Station is nearly 2km for which I had to pay 300 bucks.

What's Good: Hi, really a nice stay with my family and good quality food. However, restaurant service is slow, other than that it is really a nice place to stay for in Jaipur and would recommend to stay. No doubt, good value for money. Love to stay again if comes to Jaipur. Two points to improve: One good rajasthani or other indian music to play as the music played in restaurant was too loud and english irritating kind of music. Second, just improve your service speed. Otherwise, all other factors are good. Cheers, CA. Sunil Saini

What's Good: We have experienced some very good time in Umaid Bhawan. We have taken royal suit that was very spacious and very beautiful. There is a lot of common places within hotel that has been beautifully decorated. Roof-top restaurent & bar experience was also great accompanied with folk dances in evening time. Food is expensive but liquor is cheap (which is quite strange). Its crowded with lots of foreigner comprising almost 80% of non-indians. Overall a very good experience...

What's Good: Truly a Heritage Hotel.Exterior is that of a Haveli.Interior of the room has atouch of Rajhasthani culture. Food is generally good.Breakfast Buffet has a combination of Continental & South Indian varieties.Majority Customers appearantly seemed European/Americans.lots of Service lapses are condoned. Restaurant Staff seemed untrained. Many of them seen standing & grinning & giggling all the time during Lunch/Dinner Sessions. Having been used to charge any amount from foreigners, auto rickshaw just outside the Hotel demands in a very unjust manner. Ray 919833714357. Reception Staff - very co-operative.

Fantastic-better than i expected, immaculate service from staff, every party of hotel beautiful and rooftop restaurant great too. We ate without any stomach problems. Amazing food, both at breakfast and dinner. slightly outside centre of town, but maybe a good thing! Taxi service they organise is v good too. Evening time cultural music and dance added to the atmosphere! I am v fussy, but found the bed v comfortable.Just cannot fault it! Would recommend to anyone!

The minute we stepped into this hotel we felt calm and relaxed. The hotel itself is beautiful, all the ornaments and finishing touches are beautiful. We ate in the rooftop restaurant one night which was very reasonable and the food was delicious. If you have any time in Jaipur we would definitely recommend staying here. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute

This was our favourite hotel in the hole of India, it is exactly like the photos of not better, the rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to have breakfast and chill out in the evenings after a hectic day in Jaipur.

I can not fault the hotel, the staff or the food. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was nothing the staff wouldn't do to make the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious and that from me is praise indeed as I am a picky eater. I was quite sad to have to leave on the day of our departure.
by Flyer826331 on November 15, 2018
This hotel was just what we were looking for. The room we had was quite large, very clean and beautifully decorated in the traditional style of the Indian culture. The hotel is located in an area where we could walk around. Everyone on staff was very kind and polite and kind.
