What's Good: Nothing.....
What needs to improve : staff, services, room...
Reason For Rating : Room Service too bad, staff unprofessional, dont mistake this as Umaid bhawan of Jodhpur, No room freshners, improper physical lock and key system of the hotel, your belongings are not safe here...

What's Good: Arrangement of taxi was highly charged and it was beyond the control of management. For example the distance to Railway Station is nearly 2km for which I had to pay 300 bucks.

What's Good: Hi, really a nice stay with my family and good quality food. However, restaurant service is slow, other than that it is really a nice place to stay for in Jaipur and would recommend to stay. No doubt, good value for money. Love to stay again if comes to Jaipur. Two points to improve: One good rajasthani or other indian music to play as the music played in restaurant was too loud and english irritating kind of music. Second, just improve your service speed. Otherwise, all other factors are good. Cheers, CA. Sunil Saini

What's Good: We have experienced some very good time in Umaid Bhawan. We have taken royal suit that was very spacious and very beautiful. There is a lot of common places within hotel that has been beautifully decorated. Roof-top restaurent & bar experience was also great accompanied with folk dances in evening time. Food is expensive but liquor is cheap (which is quite strange). Its crowded with lots of foreigner comprising almost 80% of non-indians. Overall a very good experience...

What's Good: Truly a Heritage Hotel.Exterior is that of a Haveli.Interior of the room has atouch of Rajhasthani culture. Food is generally good.Breakfast Buffet has a combination of Continental & South Indian varieties.Majority Customers appearantly seemed European/Americans.lots of Service lapses are condoned. Restaurant Staff seemed untrained. Many of them seen standing & grinning & giggling all the time during Lunch/Dinner Sessions. Having been used to charge any amount from foreigners, auto rickshaw just outside the Hotel demands in a very unjust manner. Ray 919833714357. Reception Staff - very co-operative.

We stayed here for just one night. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of old-style atmosphere. The rooftop dining experience with traditional music and dancing ladies was lovely. We had the thali for dinner and were about to order one each but were advised that one between two was enough. They were right. It was delicious. The reception ordered a driver and guide for our trip to the Amber Fort at short notice. Very reasonable. Wished we could have stayed longer to see more.

You will be very pleased to see the value you can get for your money in this hotel. I loved our stay in our spacious and lavishly decorated room :). The hotel may be slightly far from the centre, but there is enough taxis and tuktuks around for you net to ever have to wait for one. 2 ATMs around the corner. Good rooftop restaurant and breakfast, clean pool and very helpful manager Deepu. I absolutely loved our stay and if I ever find myself in Udaipur for some more crazy shopping I will definitely stay here.

Stayed here for four nights on trip to Jaipur, very friendly little place with amazing decor...spent half an hour just taking photos of the hotel, nooks and crannies everywhere!!! Breakfast was a little disappointing for first couple of days as I didn't know eggs and Dossa cooked outside. Great mango Lassi though!!!!

Stayed in a very comfortable and beautifully painted suite (Room 210). The hotel architecture is in a traditional Indian style. Hotel staff are courteous and they made special order eggs at the breakfast (otherwise the food is more an Indian breakfast). Hotel was a good value for the money.
