what can i say visited this place in January was on our way for a north India tour with my friends. booked this place for 3 days as wanted to experience how the royal used to live before. The place is very beautiful the architecture is wonderful. i am not into history but the place wondered me to know more about this place. The structure is old but very well maintained and the rooms beautiful bathroom are very cleaned must say the house staff is taking great pride in their work. how can i forget the excellent hospitality shown by the manager Mr Anshul Sharma and his staff is amazing. he took very great care of our group for arranging trips, traditional dance session, food request specially one of my freind is diabetic he made sure he is taken care off that is something commendable. he was always available on the phone when we needed something he is really an asset to the property. i wish all the best to the sirsi haveli team keep up the good work and will definitely see you soon this time with my family for much longer.

Unfortunately, out of the 6 Havelis our group stayed in on our one month tour of India, this was certainly the worst. The staff on the front desk were far from helpful, the location was a 20 minute drive from Jaipur on very bad roads, and the rooms, while large, were not exactly clean. There is nothing interesting near the hotel, nor shops or restaurants. It is on the edge of a very small, dirt road village. The physical location and building is very nice looking, and the place has good potential, but it is organized strangely (restaurant down a steep set of stairs without windows on three walls). If they manage to get some professional staff in then it might make a good place for a out-of-the-way holiday on a budget. Not what we were after. Wouldnt return.

Another gem hidden in an innocent village. Great place, good view, especially from the top floor (there is a lift!), nice if somewhat compact rooms, but all amenities are in place and it's sparking clean. Only, often the food is given in a basement area, which is cool and spacious enough but has a steep staircase to it; problem for people with walking difficulties. But dinner out in the garden is great, and so is the food.

we booked the hotel for my niece n brother in law. the main reason for booking was the swimming pool. however, when they reached the place they were given a stinking room which seemed to e a servant quarter. when they objected n asked to change room or refund they said no room was available that day... they promised to give a suite next day which they did..they refused to refund so that they could leave which i do t know why. i had to call booking. com to negotiate n complain. the suite was good. we didnt hv to pay for the food n one night stay, but that was not good enough as my family had to stay in a stinking room with no ventilation for one day. the management said that people cancel their bookings so they didn't bother to reserve our room...they acted like royalty and did what suited them...my 7-year old niece got rashes after using swimming pool. i think the service industry is quite racist in rajasthan n r keen to serve only foreigners. in that case the Rajasthan government should ban indians who do t hv money to throw from traveling in the state.
