What's Good: I've been travelling around from past few years, stayed in star hotels, resorts, camps but staying at Rajmandir was such a beautiful experience. It was the best of all. I must say Suresh ji is gem kind of person with his two anmol ratan deepu and shyam. They made us feel at "Home" away from home. The view at the jaiselmer city from the hotel room, food, service, ambience, roof top all so much to perfection. It was unbelievable. Above all the location was so perfect that it was walking to the main market, jain temples, meusem, and to the exit of the fort. The most amazing thing, sitting in the room I was able to locate the restaruants and to choose from them the best to go for dinner or snacks..Once again a whole hearted thanks to Suresh hi, deepu and shyam for the warm welcome and the hospitality. THANK YOU!

Suresh ji of Hotel Rajmandhir was a great human being, whom you can trust! So was his team in the hotel!! He went on and arranged a taxi for my whole trip and recommended other good hotels too for the rest of the trip. The room had some AC water leaking issues, which they fixed very quick! All these we never minded because of their 5-star service!!

This hotel was so accommodating and friendly. The manager went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Really nice breakfast included in price, well worth having and will save you money on eating out for sure. The upstairs rooms have a luxury feel with stunning views of the city and fort. Would love to come back and visit again. 100% recommended!

Hotel Rajmandir is situated at the end of an ever-narrower labyrinth of alleyways, perched above the main entrance gate to the Rajmandir Fort. Staying at the hotel provides an excellent means to fathom what it is like to live within the walls of a medieval village (despite the ubiquitous tourist paraphernalia for sale throughout the fort). The hotel has lots of character. Walls thick enough to repel a cannonball, stairs steep and narrow enough for a single defender to prevent access upward. A rooftop that provides commanding views out o=ver the desert. I upgraded to the "wedding room." It offered a lot more space, including a sitting area, large bathroom and, importantly as temperatures climb in early April, air conditioning. Service was friendly and attentive. I had developed a heavy chest cough that was deteriorating. The hotel manager got me an appointment to see a doctor, took me there, and then accompanied me to a chemists' shop to collect the prescribed medications. The manager also connected me with a very amiable fellow who took me around the city on the back of a scooter to see the haveli, the market and other sites. Importantly, the Hotel provided good internet connection.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It was nice and pleasant. The room was simple but nice. The location exactly inside the fort with beautiful view from the room and rooftop. The owner helped us arrange transportations from Jodphur to Jaisalmer, from the hotel to desert camp and from the desert camp to the airport. He and his staff picked us up from the parking area and carried our luggage to hotel. All his staff are very friendly especially bibu who liked to chat with us Everytime we met him. Hope we can stay in this hotel again when we come back to Jaisalmer.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is inside the fort and you have an amazing view over Jaisalmer. Especially from the rooftop, where they provide a tasty breakfast you can enjoy the great view and the sunset. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Deepu is a great host and speaks English fluently. The manager is a very nice man who also organised our camel safari and the train tickets for our onward journey. We can warmly recommend you this place and would definitely come back next time.
