I stayed here for 2 days. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food quality is also good. Staff is very cordial. They also provide pickup and drop facility from nearby Railway station. In all it was a good and comfortable stay.

Great and convenient location. The staff very courteous and helpful. Very well maintained clean and tidy rooms. Food is good. Good hospitality. They have travel desk which can be used for pick up and drop and sightseeing. Worth staying there.

We booked a family room, 4 adults. Room is very big with electric kettle and tea sachets available for visitors to prepare tea. Back side of the room had Jaisalmer fort view. Bathroom was clean. Hotel has good rooftop restaurant. Food is good. They arrange desert safari for visitors. One negative, no safe parking available.

We were late to book and ended up at moonlight paying a premium. Yes it doesnt have 3 star or 5 star features..... But the service is simply out of ordinary and can easily put other hotels to shame. A vegetarian restaurant, nice and clean with friendly staff. Willing to get breakfast ready and packed even at 5AM to help us with our long road trip. Fell in love with the POHA AND ALOO PARATHAS they serve here. Thank you Ramu for making our stay comfortable and special

I booked this hotel for a family visit to Jaisalmer, because this hotel has good rating on TripAdvisor by reviewers. 46 % excellent and 35 % very good ! However our experience was not good. First of all, the front view picture of the hotel, shown on website, creates an impression that this is an isolated independent building with vacant surrounding space. Actually it is on a very busy, noisy, dusty and dirty road. The moment you step out of the hotel, you land on that road ! On the sides there are buildings touching the hotel. No car parking. It has to be parked on the road itself. Hotel has 4 front (2 on ground and 2 on first floor) rooms near to the road with windows very close to the the road, which is extremely noisy up to late evening and from early morning. Four rooms are in center, having no windows except on the corridor side. Rear rooms have rear windows, but the view outside is poor. In short if somebody is looking for a hotel on open ground, with nice and calm surroundings, with good views around, this is not the hotel to be booked. Room size is good. However cleanliness certainly need to improve inside the rooms. The staff there is good in nature, as usual for any location in the state of Rajasthan. However they are not trained and not resourceful to give good service to the guests. Overall management and coordination lacks in service. On our first day, we did not get hot water, but we never asked for it as we never needed. Next day, it was available only on the morning ! Afternoon and evening it was not available even after our request and nobody bothered to find out the reason why it was not available. Third day morning, as it was not available, and no senior / capable person seemed to be available there, I tried to find out myself and noticed that the water heater was not working ! In fact it may have stopped working the previous day and hence we did not get hot water previous evening. After some time it was started by changing the gas cylinder, but the heating process was so slow that we did not get hot water at all. After some time I reported the problem to senior person but the problem was not known to him till the time I told him. Roof top restaurant is poor ambiance. Food is good but that cannot be the reason for booking this hotel, as there are many good restaurants in the city. This hotel was a big disappointment for me mainly because it has good ratings from the reviews. The pictures shown also create good impression but actually I found it not good. From value for money, point of view it is very poor. In fact by spending little more money, I could have booked a studio room in very good resort.
