What's Good: The furniture is not of ITC group class. Need improvement here. However the staff at reception and overall are very good and courteous.

It was Mega Wedding & We guests were so well taken care of right from the Meet & Greet at Jammu airport to our departure. I commend Menaxi from Fortune team & Shalini from Infinity for the meticulous arrangements all thro , would like to thank them.

As a regular guest I was charged Rs.2500 for early check-in in the hotel.It should not be charged for the guest who have regular visit at the hotel.The rest is good room and food. Food is very good.Liked it..

I had been there for a family dinner with my parents Food was D grade never expected from a ITC brand Service was good I'll never going to go back to ITC Fortune again Nothing was upto the mark specially food I had been with my parents to get some good time but unexpected When we entered the hotel no vellet was there we have to park our car ourselves when I enquired at front desk they said Security guard is there he will take care of it are you serious Come on it's not a road side dhaba I guess this is the reason the place is so much empty And they denye my credit card come on You don't have wired card machine in such good property Then my father has to pay A big disappointment I am regretting why I have not been to Ramada near it Although service was good But food is not don't visit this property is you are used to good hotels

Don't go by the looks from outside as it nay look old, but the rooms are very well done up. Has all the modern creature comforts that you would expect in a 3-4 star hotel. It's located very conveniently about less than a km from Raghunath temple, and hence from the main market. As special word on the outstanding food. We ordered dinner in the room and the North Indian food was simply brilliant. Even the breakfast, in the limited spread that they had, was very tasty, especially the tea. Last word on the superb service. Everything was attended to very quickly. We had a minor problem with the AC cooling. On complaining, the guy came up immediately and fixed it. All in all, ni complaint at all. If I had to nitpick, the Wi-Fi could've been better. It kept getting disconnected, and I had to sign in multiple times.

Why on earth I was given this room 211, which had nothing working like: shower cubical's door not shutting and spilling water everywhere in the bathroom, The intercoms both in room and bathroom were not working They had no toothbrush and tooth paste no slippers health faucet were not working not working means all dead. After complaining at the reception desk,I was shifted to 202, which had everything working. That's when I started questioning my self, "WHY". My drop to the station was ridiculous, when the driver ended giving rides to the staff and talking loudly in their langues which sounded rude made me feel insecure be it boy or a girl. not even close to professional. I regretted not booking at the new Radisson blu jammu. The breakfast spread was not up to the expectation. Neighborhood had few cheap banquet halls with fireworks and young people on bikes sitting outside the Hotel entrance gate.
