What's Good: Room Space
What needs to improve : Parking, Location, Room Service
Reason For Rating : The location of the hotel is in very rush and full of traffic, you can not feel relax, parking of this hotel is pathetic, because of the so called parking facility, please don't book this hotel, there is no place for 3 cars even, Room Service is disgusting, there is no HOT WATER in bathroom, LOCATION, PARKING, FOOD, ROOM SERVICE Everything is worth..

We reached Hotel Vraj Inn 7 hours before the check in time. The bus from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar reached Jamnagar early morning, and the staff at Vraj Inn was understanding enough to get us a couple of rooms straightaway. The service is good. The staff is very courteous. Good value for money. And to put a final note, do visit Milan Restaurant on the first floor of the same building for some great food.

We stayed in the hotel for a night on 23rd Dec 2018. The rooms were quite dirty with foul smell in the bedding. Even basic hygiene was not maintained. The bathrooms were also dirty. When we entered the room there were no towels or soap. On continuous requests for about an hour, the towels and soap were provided. The towels were very old with a bad smell.

We stayed at Hotel Vraj Inn for 2 nights and we had to change 2 rooms .....the first one being stinky .....and the second one being leaky. When asked for towels they were reluctant at the first place and when they gave the towels were neither Similar... nor Clean. We had to leave early in the morning...so we requested for an early breakfast....which they refused....later we asked them if they can atleast give some bread butter and coffee....they agreed for the same the previous night ...but the following morning they wasted our 1 hour by saying that they are sending ....and finally when we asked at the reception....they said that the milk has spoilt and we cant serve coffee....Surprisingly such a so-called big hotel and they don't have milk to make 3 cups of coffee. Finally we left without any breakfast. The so called AGM MR.PARTH MANIAR....is the most indecent person I have ever seen on earth. He was present right there when we returned from our outing and was not even bothered about what had happened even after we dropping a letter at the reception before leaving. Adding on to our surprise was that we had handed over the keys at 6.30a.m. and had asked to get the room clean....but when we returned at around 1.30 p.m the room was still not cleaned. When we got thoroughly upset they again changed our room and gave us an Executive Room which was decent enough. P.S....Attached the letter written to the GM.

We five of us stayed in this hotel on 29th Nov enroute to Dwaraka and checked in at night. When we checked in we found the toilets were not cleaned and there were mosquitos inside the room. We requested for mosquito repellents and had to follow up thrice before getting it. When we checked we requested that we plan to leave the next day early morning and would it be possible to arrange for a short breakfast whatever is possible. The front desk with full confidence assured it will be arranged and provided. Later in the night a person walked in and checked about the breakfast being ordered for the next day morning and he also assured it would be provided. When we rang up in the morning the front desk arrogantly said breakfast will only be provided for one day and since you have already used it, you are not eligible. I explained to him we only checked in yesterday night, there was no chance of you serving the breakfast yesterday and we had requested for today early morning. Then he said please wait for 15 minutes it will be provided. We vacated the rooms and came to the reception. Still the breakfast was not ready and he made us wait for 30 more minutes without having any intention to provide. Then we found out the chef has not come and he has asked the room boy to prepare bread and butter and he has started preparing. We got disgusted and took the decision to leave without collecting any breakfast. When we were about to leave he came with two sets of bread and butter hurriedly sufficient only for one person and requested to take it. If it was not possible to provide early morning the hotel management could have said it would not be possible and we were ok with it. Lying by providing false promises without making any arrangement and making us wait for more than 45 minutes was uncalled for and totally unprofessional. This hotel management cares a hoot for customer safisfaction.

Hotel Vraj inn was good for that travel how are searching budget friendly hotel. Service was good and room was also cleaned. Hot water was available here. Only bathroom was not cleaned properly, this need to improve.
