What's Good: Design of hotel, food
What needs to improve : Location is slightly far from Main tourist locations. But that's fine.
Reason For Rating : It's a very good property, very close to airport. All of us just loved the food a lot. It is slightly far from the key tourist places, but I feel having a cab solves that problem. One will not regret choosing this hotel.

What's Good: Location
What needs to improve : Arrogant Staff service
Reason For Rating : The person at the reception was too arrogant..not fit for hospitality industry..though they advertise as 12 pm check in..we were given the room only at 2.30..saying 2 was the check in time..also the website says free airport transfers which we were denied..poor experience

What's Good: Overall stay was quite good and hotel staff was also quite cooperative

What's Good: While the hotel staff is very courteous, the main drawbacks are its location which is totally isolated from civilisation and directly in the flight take-off/landing path. The airport drop charges or Rs. 550/- for a 2-3 km drive is quite unreasonable.

We moved into Indana Palace Hotel on the evening of Sunday ,the 3rd June . It was an impromptu getaway ! The check in was smooth and courteous. The room was neat, comfortable with a beautiful view. The room seemed to be the same as the website showed. We checked out on the morning of the 4th June .The complimentary breakfast was delicious and sumptuous. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian fare offered great variety.A special word about the Sambhar...the best I've savoured at Jodhpur. All in all good value for money.

Wow is the word that comes to your mind when you enter the premises. The check in process was superfast with a welcome drink and a cold towel. Our room was in the Maharaja section. It was nice and bright with a bath tub while brought a smile to the kids faces. It has a swimming pool which is not very crowded and maintained except for the bird droppings on the edge. Umbrella beds should be included as it is too hot to rest there otherwise. The breakfast was a huge spread of dishes and had cold cuts and made to order eggs too. The hotel is located away from the city and there is nothing around to buy essentials. So be prepared. The airport is just 4 kms away soo thats definitely a plus. They have a kids room with board games in it. Somedays they have a puppet show or folk dance. We had a lovely stay there and will surely stay again. The place was quite and peaceful. The staff and service is good too.

Visited jodhour with family for a day and planned to stay here as recommended by a close friend. I left good at this palace. It is beautifully built, with all the royal facilities. There is richness in the air and one would never say no such an exotic place. Service was excellent. Food reflected class and richness. Perfectly cooked which binded in itself a lot of memories. Not a single thing disappointed me. After having a wonderful experience, i would recommend this place. Advance booking may give u a good discount. Happy stay!

Good hotel with spacious and very good rooms with all facilities. Staff is very hospitable. Very good breakfast served till 10:30 . No places to visit nearby. So will need a taxi at your disposal to commute.

We stayed at the Indiana Palace in Jodhpur because the hotel we wanted was booked. This hotel is new, outside of town- so not a good location. Quite a taxi ride into town! It is ALSO right next to an airbase with fighter jets screaming over you every 6 minutes. NUTS. The hotel is all marble, cold, void of people, huge and has little character. It looks a LOT better in pictures. Maybe if you want a sterile clean hotel, this is for you. But it felt empty and sad. The hotel is surrounded by a high wall and on the other side, which we could see from our balconies, are slums.....shanti towns with dogs barking and children crying and people looking miserable. It felt wildly sad and WRONG so sit there in your ivory marble tower looking at this scene. I know that poverty stricken areas are everywhere in India but with the opulence of the hotel, and the jets screaming above your head, we wanted OUT and it couldnt be fast enough. Only people who seemed to appreciate this place were Indian well-to-do families, who like marble and gold handles and can ignore the utter misery outside the door. Strange satellite hotel in the middle of nowhere.....
