What's Good: Design of hotel, food
What needs to improve : Location is slightly far from Main tourist locations. But that's fine.
Reason For Rating : It's a very good property, very close to airport. All of us just loved the food a lot. It is slightly far from the key tourist places, but I feel having a cab solves that problem. One will not regret choosing this hotel.

What's Good: Location
What needs to improve : Arrogant Staff service
Reason For Rating : The person at the reception was too arrogant..not fit for hospitality industry..though they advertise as 12 pm check in..we were given the room only at 2.30..saying 2 was the check in time..also the website says free airport transfers which we were denied..poor experience

What's Good: While the hotel staff is very courteous, the main drawbacks are its location which is totally isolated from civilisation and directly in the flight take-off/landing path. The airport drop charges or Rs. 550/- for a 2-3 km drive is quite unreasonable.

Firstly the room was fine and the wifi good. The hotel is modern pastiche, meant to look grand but think 3* Dubai. They give awful exchange rates (they are a long way out of town so there is little choice), fighter jets fly over low 2 or 3 times an hour and the restaurant staff are under trained. Combine this with dominant wedding celebrations and probably best to go elsewhere.

The hotel is situated far out of town & is a huge establishment. There was a wedding on the go the evening we stayed & it felt as if we were intruding - the place was full of guest & being set up for the wedding. While the room was huge & well equipped it was very impersonal. We had access to an outdoor area which really needed a good clean. The furniture was dusty with bird droppings everywhere. The brealfast was very good & the diningroom gorgeous. However, the hotel had no ambience & I will not stay there again

We stayed here for only one nights on our group tour and checked in late in the evening after a very long coach ride from Jaisalmer. We were amazed by the grand foyer and modern amenities including an enormous ballroom and a swimming pool at the rear end of the property. In spite of the ambient heat, the interiors were comfortably air-conditioned. The lavish space and exquisite furnishings of the room left us astounded. The room had a view looking into the interior courtyard with well-manicured lawns embellished with fountains. I believe we had the best in-room wifi service throughout our journey in Rajasthan. Although located away from Jodhpur city centre, we thoroughly enjoyed our buffet dinner and breakfast at the spacious Anghiti Restaurant in the hotel itself with its wide array of cuisine and dishes.

This is a great hotel with exceptional service, very helpful front desk, and the restaurant served the best meals - breakfast, lunch & dinner. We ate the best ghajjar and nuts halwa. We were at the peak wedding season, and witnessed a Rajastani wedding with all the pomp and celebration - which took place in the courtyard! Every room in the hotel had a balcony opening into the courtyard. They upgraded us to "Maharani Suite" which was huge and very tastefully decorated with a lot of golden artifacts - like a queen's dwelling. It was a very enjoyable stay. One place I would highly recommend. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Property reflects royal Jodhpur culture and beautifully constructed architecturally. Huge parking and reception area. Rooms are sufficiently big with all the required amenities. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Only drawback is it is little away from the main city area.
