What's Good: Hotel is centralized air conditioned.
What needs to improve : Room's furnitures
Reason For Rating : Location of hotel is good. Rooms are neat & clean but washrooms need exhaust. Room's furniture looks too old. Hotel staffs are also very good & courteous. Overall hotel is worth for money.

What's Good: Room service and helpful staff
What needs to improve : Not worth
Reason For Rating : The rooms are not sound proof. A lot of birds on the window made it impossible to sleep in the night. Also cleanliness in the room is issue and no sufficient light in the room. Some of the good part is the room service which were able to serve the needs.

What's Good: Location; room size; TV
What needs to improve : Cleanliness in Bathroom (floors not properly washed & no provision for air-exhaust, very disappointing); Bed Mattress (not sufficiently comfortable); Extra Bedding (not up-to-mark); Room Lighting (insufficient).
Reason For Rating : Provide more information about hotel such as facilities, room size, number of beds, extra bedding type, etc. Also, provide several accurate pictures about the room type that the guest will get.

What's Good: The ambiance
What needs to improve : All electric soktes to be replaced.
Reason For Rating : Ambiance is good, but room temperature can not be controlled. Sometimes you feel very hot. All electric sockets are broken and we couldnt able to plug the charger properly.

What's Good: the breakfast is always complimentary from the hotel but we were charged for the breakfast as your package did not show as included. so please be specific in your letter as nothing was mentioned on it. normally nobody will check this as its a common practise for all hotels to have a complimentary breakfast.

This hotel seriously needs an upgrade. Had visited some 5 years back and experience was good also is conveniently located so chose this hotel. Rooms are seriously needs make over. Doors and bed squeaks and washroom though cleaned does not give you that clean feeling. Basic breakfast. Staff is good and lobby is nice. Everything else needs to improve.

A budget hotel with good facilities. Located in the centre of the city makes it a good option. Good & spacious rooms, decent restaurant, a surprising swimming pool makes it an ideal joint. The lobby is equally spacious and the office staff are pretty responsive.

How is this hotel still opened for Business, with such low standards, I would not even advise back packers to spend the night here. Pro's Not sure I can even make up one. Cons - Very rowdy street - No hot water, seems like they lie that the boiler is broken, as there were not many guests in the hotel, as two floors the lights were all switched off - Very eerie feeling in the hotel - Bed sheets had stains, and full of hair, seems like someone used the same sheets before we got there. - Breakfast, rather just skip it...go get breakfast from somewhere else - Telephone was damaged - The front desk told me this was and upgraded room, really scared to know what the normal rooms look like - Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website

We were booked here as part of our private tour. The first room was small and dirty, the bathroom had hairs in it and mould on the back on the bathroom door, the telephone was thick with gunk and shower was cold. We asked to move hotels but instead got given a different room, much bigger and seemingly a little cleaner. When we called reception to ask for the Wifi password and the tv, they sent a very rough, smelly man to come who spent ages flicking through every channel only to tell me in no certain English, no English channels subscribed by the hotel. The breakfast was lackluster and aside from boiled eggs, not of interest at all. If your tour guide books you here, request a hotel thats actually worth your money.

Stayed here in the first week of November 2017. Nice hotel with comfortable beds, good housekeeping. There was adequate supply of essentials. The bathroom needs to be a bit bigger. Overall experience was quite good. Location was also nice.
