Reason For Rating : Radisson Jodhpur is a newly built property which was opened for guests early this year. The hotel has a stone exterior, which fits perfectly with the Jodhpur architecture and landscape. The insides are all stone and marble. They have a nice restaurant with a view to the pool and the hotel is about 15 mins from the ghantaghar. We had no trouble get Uber/ola to/from the hotel. The hotel staff is helpful and courteous. They have a nice breakfast spread. Please note that this is all vegetarian hotel - so it's was even better for us. The staff go that extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay Jodhpur. We enjoyed our stay.

Reason For Rating : Was given a smoke filled room...aftetr 9 hrs drive from delhi this is not what you expect...also 2 days of stay...despite asking for a clean up it wasnt done and taken seriously...not the radisson experience one can think of...

The hotel is sparkling clean, very well maintained and has a cozy feel to it. We stayed there for Diwali and there was live folk music and dance every evening which was wonderful. The breakfast spread is incredible. The staff are friendly and kind. Through the 4 days we stayed, there were various blips around the service - however the hotel staff were able to address most of them whenever we highlighted them. We were disappointed at the experience at the rooftop restaurant- where we requested to be seated at s couple of tables to better see the fireworks- but the staff kept insisting the preferred tables were all reserved- however no one turned up for the entire duration we had our dinner and desserts. A big thanks to the lovely friendly lady at the reception- (I am terribly sorry I cant recall her name right now)- she helped us with lots of great advice on shopping locations and sweet shops, restaurants etc.

As soon as I entered The Staff has been Very warm and welcoming, The Stay was amazingly Comfortable and the Ambience was too good along with Rajasthani Folk Music which made my Evening and later on The Dinner at the Roof Top Restaurant Was Out Of The World. What an experience. Looking forward to stay again on my next Visit to Jodhpur.

Spent two nights here on a tour of Rajasthan with my dad and paid R34109 for a heritage room (large double bed and separate lounge area). Asked receptionist at check-in whether it would be possible to swap it for a twin room. Was told that we could move to a twin, or alternatively that the hotel could provide us with a Hollywood double. We werent familiar with the concept of a Hollywood double. We realised that it really didnt make much difference and that it would be awkward for us to share the bed. On returning to the reception twenty minutes later, we spoke to a different receptionist who informed us that there were no twin rooms available. We explained that earlier we had been given the option to move to a twin. The receptionist was adamant that none were available. The earlier receptionist then returned to the desk and when we questioned him about the twin room he confirmed that it was indeed available and we were moved immediately. I was unsure as to what all the confusion was about, but it left us with a bad impression. There were several other instances during our stay, where we noticed unprofessional behaviour, which at times bordered on comical. This included a mix up over dinner, where our waiter brought the wrong dish and when we spoke to the manager, he explained that the description on the menu was incorrect (the paneer dish we had ordered did not come in a tomato based sauce as stated on the menu, but instead was served with a very different, white, creamy sauce). At the end of the meal I was asked to fill in a feedback form, and when I handed it to the waiter who had originally served us, he proceeded to read my comments in front of me - highly unprofessional/awkward! The good points: good decor, modern, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, beautiful architecture. Overall average for the price.

Good stay. Staff was courteous. Ankush was nice to take care during check in and check out. Roof top dining was a good experience with special interest taken by cheff. Would be recommending others also to stay.

Am a regular at Radisson hotels across Asia. I found that this is the only hotel in the Radisson family that refuses to complementary breakfast for Gold members. They are also the only hotel not to upgrade Gold members. I understand that upgrade is given only when it is available. However, other Radisson Hotels upgrade you to a higher category like a suite for such members. The fact that a similar service was provided by Radisson Udaipur (was coming from Udaipur) talks a lot about the GM and his / her policies for this hotel. Please note you guys are on the service business and hence have to be accommodating to regular customers.
