We stayed at this property while on our visit to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Property is located near to all tourist places. But rooms are not spacious and so as the bathrooms. Although, hotel was clean. Parking is an issue as you have to park your vehicle on road.

Very worst service cleaning food staff and everything is 3rd class nobody can book this hotel plz I visited last befor few day the experience is so so so bed This is not a family type hotel cleaning is so poor food also poor and staff in kitchen is only cook and helper without trained behaveyar so bad no parking in hotel room cleaning is so so so bed

They claim they don't have washroom in the lobby area. Don't think that covers the hygeine part from their side. Plus the location has no proper parking lot so entirely at owner's risk. The road's way to narrow to approach

This is one of the best hotel in reasonable price for family of 4. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast isnt that gr8 but not bad either. Hotel has got outside space which can accommodate 2 football grounds and entrance to hotel gives pleasant feeling. Avoid buying anything from stall inside hotel

I booked the room from their website online booking system 12 days in advance of my travel. They booked it confirmed the booking, but wgen i reached early at around 10:30 am for check-in they told rooms are not available for early check-in and you will get it by 12 noon at check-in time. We said OK and leaving our luggage we went out for breakfast, we returned back at 11:30 am and enquiring about the room they told we will relocate you to some other same class hotel but we still don't know where. I am traveling with my 4years daughter and wife from whole night sleeper class train and exhausted very much but no place to relax as no room vacant at their hotel even after paying 12 days in advance and confirmation on call. They took a lot of bookings from yatra, goibibo, oyo And other booking engines but they don't have rooms for us. Shouting for about 1 hour standing on their head wgen nothing happened, we decided to take room in another hotel nearby. When asking for refund they told me it will take 5-7 days and as it is in auto mode. They are just looting our money abd giving rooms to the highly paid customers may it be oyo, Yatra or any other. Book this hotel at your risk, this is my life's worst experience. I usually don't complain about little misbehavior in any hotel but they are the cheaters. Let's see if i am getting full refund or not, or else i have to lodge a written police complaint for them or i will take those persons to court as well. I have all the proofs.
