What's Good: Good staff. Great rooms for a great value
What needs to improve : Missing small amenities like SPA and swimming pool
Reason For Rating : Hotel is nearby to airport. And decent hotel with good inhouse restuarants and bar. Has good help desk and good staff which is happy to help u 24x7
Avoid it if u don't wanna to have hygiene issues during ur stay in this pandemic

One of the most overrated hotel with least staff courtsey. Stayed there for two days during my trip in Mid of October 2020. Read lots of positive reviews about it and hence planned to stayed there. At first they asked for additional 1000 for early check in at 7 am, which I paid. Stayed in Room 505- 1. No Room Sanitization in Presence of Guest even when requested: When I asked the receptionist to sanitize the room once again in my presence, he denied. Though most of the big chains are doing this for customer satisfaction. 2. Improper placement of Lights in Room: No lights over Luggage Area, so u have to shift your luggage to have a look into it. Also no light over Bathroom Mirror. How this is even possible? Ufff 3. No 24*7 Hot Water Availability: When u enter a good hotel, u expect hot water through running tap and u don't suppose to call everytime to use the same. Here the geyser is centralized and everything u wants to have a hot shower, u need to call receptionist or housekeeping and wait for 15-20 mins for hot water than. 4. Worst part is Poor Housekeeping: When u will ask for fresh towels, they will take so much time that u may feel to go out and get it at ur own and every towel is having some pungent smell of bleach, which should be removed via any fabric conditioner atleast. 5. Supplying USED ITEMS: When I asked for Shoe Shiner while exiting, house keeping again took more than 10-15 mins to get the same and more importantly they brought a USED ONE. THIS WAS WORST IN CURRENT TIME. HOW CAN U EXPECT A HOTEL TO SUPPLY ANY USED ITEM TO U? I Shown this to receptionist and they don't have anything to say on this other than sorry. After this, I even had doubt about what more used item would have been supplied in this whole stay for me. They don't even have Cloak room to my utter surprise and will keep ur luggage just near receptionist feet. Lovely Guys. Pathetic. GIVING TWO STARS JUST FOR INTERIOR. HOUSEKEEPING AND STAFF COURTSEY SHOULD BE GIVEN BELOW ZERO

Had an amazing evening at Z bar being attended by the bar manager Dushyant. Beautifully catered with bespoken cocktails and food. It is always our go to bar, even during the pandemic for its good care and hygienic environment. Must visit.

After countless days of quarantine, going out wasnt as easy as it sounds. Not only was I crippled by a sense of fear and anxiety, measuring every step I take, there was also a psychological difference in the way I went about with activities I considered routine at one point. Be it stopping for a cup of coffee on the way to the blue city, jodhpur, or interacting with anyone I was not familiar with. Not only for me, but for my dad as well, who had been going to the office but travelling to another city was a different and equally scary experience altogether. However, keeping that in mind, when we arrived at zone by the park after a long drive from Delhi, there wasnt a lot of buzz. It was quiet, which was unusual for a hotel of this status but at the same time, understandable. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were told by the guard to use the foot operated sanitizer dispenser to disinfect our hands. He didnt move an inch closer to us and maintained distance. He then proceeded to disinfect our luggage with a spray. It was good to see the staff taking all possible precautions, for example, at the counter while checking in, the pen was sanitized every time it was used. The receptionist wore gloves to avoid any chance of contamination while handing us the key to our room. There was a small sanitizer inside the lift as well. By the time we reached our room on the 4th floor, we were already confident and the fear in my mind had gone down incredibly. As quiet as it was, on entering the room, we didnt, for a minute feel that I was staying at a hotel. The room was so lively and colorful, which was unusual but a masterstroke. A color combination of blue, yellow, red, orange, green and others made us feel like we never left home. After a long trip, we were tired and of course, hungry. One of my favorite parts was the fact that everything was contactless, to place an order, all one had to do was scan a QR code and place the order. They delivered the order to our room, the waiter had his mask, gloves and face shield on, and left the tray on a side table outside the door for us to take in. The cherry on the cake was the food. It was delicious. The cake, being, safety, everyones priority today. The rooms, the restaurant, the hotel, the location, the view, it was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay on levels we hadnt expected. Not only did we get over the sense of fear, it helped us see the world from a different perspective. Our respect for the people working selflessly even during these times is immense. Thank you for the hospitality and thank you for making us feel at home.

Its a cool place in town. Dushyant gave superb treatment. One of the chillest places I have ever came across. People should oftenly visit this place. He gave us the perfect hospitality. Easy Piecy place .
