Long Post Alert!! But read it if you don't want your vacation to be unpleasant.
We checked in on 30th Oct and checked out on 1st Nov, 2019. The property is absolutely filthy, not at well kept and even the rooms are not maintained.The pictures on website are way old. My horror started when the room allotted to us had a leaking toilet, so after you have done your big Job and flush, dirty water comes out of the flush from the side and stays in bathroom, making it dirty and stinky. Everything had dust on it, considering its not in an area where dust is normal, it only indicated, house keeping was not done for long. The linen and bed sheets had a particular smell
You go on a vacation and are willing to pay high price, presuming you will get good service and comfort. This fails in both the parameters. The staff, is not very professional.
In Restaurant, the head Chef Amrish and guy in charge Pratap, don't know what hospitality means. Everything that you requested, even basic, the plain response was NO. In breakfast, could you help us with a Egg omelet, NO, eat whats there in Buffet. I had to request the General manager of the property to get us one omelet or even daal. The buffet had uncooked chicken being served to the Guest, when we pointed out, they took it away
Just to add and i believe its the audacity of the staff, where the attitude is take it or leave it, Buffet was never served on time, For e.g. if Dinner was from 8 PM onwards, till 8:30 - 8:45, they are just arranging and bringing dishes, that also uncooked.
I was travelling with a child, she wanted to swim in the pool, but the pool was so dirty, that i dare not send her in that. She was heartbroken, must have gone herself twice to the reception and requested for the pool to be cleaned.
I am really not sure what are they charging such an heavy price for. You are neither comfortable, quality of food in existing Buffet is bad.
I dont recommend this, definitely not for the price they are charging

Not sure..how it is rated 3.5* here. May be some paid reviews.. Its a average resort. The bathrooms were smelling..not clean enough.. there are no Safari offered by the resort..you have to travel to jungle lodge and resort around 20 km from there to avail safari..

Food is osm home feeling taste
Got better rates and helpfull guided my yousif
Over all great enjoyed ,
Suggestion for the resort need bit renovation for the price u charge

Overall good experience

Made a trip in the 2nd week of June with family, to take advantage of a delayed SW monsoon. Spent 2N 3D and the experience was good.
Hits : Full marks for the food. Though there were limited options, what was cooked was very tasty and of good quality. Prompt service of food and housekeeping in the room. Also nice evening plans in the form of wildlife documentary and music on weekends with bonfire. In case of TV, was happy to see even important pay channels subscribed, such as sports, movies and lifestyle channs.
Misses: Towels need a replacement, even new towels you give emit a foul smell. Bathroom fittings and western closet need to be fixed for a better experience. Also need better liaison in arranging for forest safari, as price quoted was high in comparison to Govt announced safari price.
Was overall a good experience.

Nice Resort but Overpriced

This is a nice resort. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean. As it is located deep inside forest the resort has good ambiance. But I did not feel it was worth the money as resort has very few amenities and nothing much to do in the resort.
All rooms i believe are dirty

1st floor rooms can have better views of river.
