What's Good: every bit of it. Food, activities, spa, cottage, nature, grenary, bar, music, tribal dance
What needs to improve : Nothing as such
Reason For Rating : The stay with red earth kabini was just awesome! we enjoyed every bit of stay. Very very hygienic and food was just awesome. Also enjoyed the Jungle safari and tribal dance. It was very peaceful in midst of nature. The environment and ambiance of Spa, restaurant and the bar was amazing. Loved the concepts of naming everywhere as possini (restaurant), Mukti (shop) etc...Yatra gave a very good discount when compared to all the websites and best anniversary trip/gift ever! Thansk Yatra for helping get a good deal that we booked and made it beautiful!

What's Good: Good points : Location, close to nature, excellent food, hospitable staff and a lovely swimming pool. Areas for improvements: 1.The landscape could be aesthetically maintained, most of the plants are wild and are in your face, areas of leisure like hammocks and kid play sections are inaccessible due to ill maintained landscaping. The walkways could also be paved to avoid soiling the cottages. 2.Although the cottages are designed well, the floor mats have somehow been ignored and unfortunately that catches your attention the minute you enter the cottage. 3. With an ambitious pricing to be a part of the top league, the facilities and ambience could well be enhanced to those standards.

I am writing this on the porch of the Wetlands bar which is surrounded by a moat full of blooming waterlilies. The breeze is blowing cool air and all worries disappear. What a place. Your own rustic cabin that is fully appointed. Great food for all meals at the buffet. Very friendly staff. The property is situated on a lake which moderates the warm air. We are here only 2 nights but wish we could stay longer and just hang out.

One of the peace and luxurious resort ever visited. Right from your welcome drink till they bid ADIEU everything is just perfect. The beauty of the resort is that every rooms are surrounded by plantations so you will not feel the heat even in summer. Their vegetables for kitchen are grown in their own property. You guys must visit and experience this property once. From cleanliness to staff everything was good. Surrounded by backwaters all three sides gives you calmness in the evening, you can opt cycling near the back water. Many activities are also available with them which will entetain you and never make you regret.

The place was everything it promised to be and more. Far from the clutter of cities, you are sure to find peace and calm and the elusive sparrow. The rustic setting is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay, so you can pack light. Delectable food, cottages that offer ample privacy, access to the Kabini reservoir right in the backyard where you can take long walks by the bank, well-kept swimming pool, absolutely charming bar made better by good music, good experience at the spa: the place has everything to help you unwind. The proprietors and staff are more than deserving of a big thank you for their hospitality and warmth. Red Earth has good vibes through and through.

RedRoom - 2.5/5 The room could have been spacious if the bathroom and passage area was utilized efficiently. The room was a little claustrophobic in my opinion. The open air Jacuzzi required more maintenance. Ambience - 3.5/5 Rustic and down to earth giving a village feel. But for a luxurious resort it needs a lot more upkeep. Lush green surrounding with lots of flowering and fruiting trees attracted numerous birds but insects too. Maybe the pathways could have been wider with more lighting to avoid walking into cobwebs. Cafe (Wonky monkey Cafe) had a beautiful view of the Kabini backwater. Food - 3.5/5 Fresh desserts and juices are a must try. The restaurant maintained good hygiene. Limited variety was a surprise especially when they charge a bomb for a nights stay. Service - 4/5 Room service wasn't available due to a genuine reason (to avoid insects) however if available it would be a plus point. The staff was courteous and polite. Overall - 3.4/5 Not worth the price.
