What's Good: Food can be improved. The staff have to be more proactive. Nothing much for kids to do. So aftera day you get bored. And for the money you pay , you can get a lot more included than again and again paying for everything.

It is one of the best place to relax. We had stayed in the residence room, room is very spacious and a small Jacuzzi is there for kids to play in water. Staff over there are very friendly. One good thing is no tv in rooms so we can enjoy the sound of birds, insects and other natural things. Food was good, service was quick and cordial. Due to reduced crowd because of lockdown there was no buffet but the alacarte options were good. Special mention to Mr saleem who took extra effort to make us stay comfortable. During covid time all the safety protocols were taken very well and it was very safe. We stayed for 2 days i.e on July 4 and 5 2020.

A very pleasant place to stay while visiting the park. Food was limited except for the first class breakfast after our safari. Wine available but at a crazy price so take your own booze. Be aware that you can only go in a Kantor for the safari that hold about 18 and are not great for viewing or photography. There are better parks to visit in India

A lovely collection of 20 cottages on the banks of the lake formed by the Kabini dam. All the cottages have a water view, outside decked area and hammock. Inside they are tastefully decorated, with air con,a safe, tea / coffee facilities, mini fridge and full bathroom facilities. On our arrival, we had a slight problem with the booking, but it was professionally and amicably resolved by Saleem, the hotel manager. The restaurant food was very good, helped no doubt by the fact that Shadab, the senior chef, is very passionate about his cooking and is working hard to bring the whole kitchen team up to his high international standard. On one evening he even came out to our table to discuss the proposed menu for the following nights 5 course meal, in order to accommodate our personal tastes. Our restaurant waiters were also excellent when it came to advising us on our food choices over the 3 days of our stay and Ugrappa and Manju deserve special mentions. The hotel also provides free bicycles for on site use, archery, badminton and a gym. In addition, the swimming pool is excellent, perfect for swimming lengths and also, a separate childrens pool. The spa is also very good and compared with Europe / USA offers extremely good value. The hotel offers both land and river safaris on a twice daily basis, although I will not get distracted from the hotel review by detailing them. In my opinion, this hotel thoroughly deserves my 5* TA rating based on overall experience.

Definately a great property, lush green and beautiful rooms..food is also nice and we were lucky to not get stuck with a buffet being on the MAP , as most people were only on the continental plan, so in the three days , we could just choose our options to eat which was great! Must mention Puttashetty who really looked after us very well. The pool is lovely and villa views are really quite nice, it's serene and very quiet. Spotted tigers on both days of the safari, so was absolutely exhilarating!!! Just a few suggestions :- They should keep cold water and cold towels after the sarfari for the guest returning, as its almost 3.5 hours and also very hot! The pool can have some staff around incase one needs to order a drink or something.. Better and softer pillows(Mr. Tipu did help me on this as much as he could which was very sweet) and most certainly the bathrooms definately need better showers! Barring a few of the small things, it's a great property for a short getaway.

A bit over rated & over priced . Though it took a long time for us to reach this place ,I think its worth the efforts of getting there. We truly enjoyed our stay . The rooms were pretty spacious and were facing the Kabini River .Breakfast had a good spread .
