What's Good: Location and restaurant nearby
What needs to improve : Very unclean and noisy
Reason For Rating : Toilets not neatly maintained and no value for money. Even the bedsheets were quite dirty and the rooms were not sound proof and had lot of noise in the night.

What's Good: Room is big & clean. Staff respond immediately.
What needs to improve : Car parking
Reason For Rating : Hospitality is good. Car parking place is small, need to look for alternate parking facility if it is full. Many people are smoking in the common area which is very disgusting.

What's Good: * Hotel is centrally located and walk-able to Kamakshi and few other major temples * Sarvana Bhavan is located on ground floor and there is an Adyar Ananda Bhavan in the adjacent building
What needs to improve : The toilet commodes and exhausts need to properly maintained
Reason For Rating : * The first thing I look in any hotel is the toilet maintenance. The toilet seats here were broken and the exhaust fan in the ceiling fails to work thereby filling the bathroom with the odor. All bathrooms should be checked for this problem.

What needs to improve : though the given rooms were good, i was surpised to know that there was no AC available in these rooms. the staff at the hotel informed that the AC rooms are not available for Yatra.com. Being summer you know the difficulties in stayin the non ac room. Am not sure why this information is not availalble in your website.

What's Good: location and attached veg restaourant
What needs to improve : noisy - on the main road and parking in the basement is very cramped. Also, when we called the hotel a few times to inquire about availability for an extra day, the person who answered the phone was rude and very unhelpful. I had the opportunity to speak to the manager during our stay and he did say he would address the issue.
Reason For Rating : make it possible to change check in/check out dates without making a new reservation

1. The hotel staff are not friendly. 2. The hotel staff are on barefoot all the time, in and out of the rooms and out of the hotel- which is very unhygienic. 3. The rooms are small- and there are alot of mosquito and insects. 4.NO HOT WATER IN THE EVENING/NIGHT!!! They only turn on the boiler in the morning till a certain time. 5.Be careful when you plug in any electrical items as it causes power trips and blackouts. 6. The bathroom is in a really bad shape. Nothing nice to say about this hotel-

The room good and wi-fi service OK but night during oyur sleeping time..lot of mosquito. They knows about and prepare mosquito coil( electrical) in each room but it will be smelly when you use air-cond. if you off it... the mosquito will keep sing in your ear. If need good sleep..avoid this hotel. hotel management, please do something better to avoid mosquito. sure there is hole you can close. Open your eyes and see properly...

Nice clean hotel convenient for the bus stand and railway station. Decent sized room but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Staff were friendly, the veg restaurant attached was excellent and always very busy.

They have the worst customer care service. They had a faulty lock and our key got jammed! They not only charged us for the room we didn't stay in (because we were locked out and they couldn't get the room opened that night), but also for the lock we didn't damage (we called the front desk as soon as the key got jammed, and their own staff used a hammer, pliers, etc.) and for the spare beds we had to use to sleep on the floor of our relative's room. When asked why we had to pay for the room, or the lock, all we got was yelled at! That's not a way to win an argument Mr. Manager! Just insisting that everything was our fault doesn't make it our fault. Please learn to speak to your customers if you value their patronage. Consider the entire situation before simply barking at them.

Me and my family (wife and parents) checked into this Hotel without a prior booking. We arrived at around 11:30am on 1st Oct 2017 to find all the rooms booked with only the Suite available. * The Suite was spacious with one large bedroom and a bathroom * The Suite has 2 King Size beds that can easily accommodate 4 * The bed and pillows are soft, quilt provided, had a good night sleep * Central AC, minimal sound and doesn't affect the sleep * Hot water from 5am to 10am * LCD TV with around 30 channels subscribed (mostly Tamil) * Soap, Shampoo and Towels provided * Tea bags, coffee and milk powder, electric kettle available * 2 Mineral Water bottles provided * Newspaper at the door in the morning * Saravana Bhavan is at the ground floor of the same building and hence breakfast and meals isn't a problem (be prepared to wait though as it is always crowded). Adyar Anand Bhavan (A2B) is situated in the adjacent building * Well situated at the center of Kanchi. Walk-able distance to temples (Kanchi Kamakshi temple is 0.5kms away, Kachabeswarar Temple and Ulagalanda Perumal Temple are around 300 mts, Ekambaranathar Temple is around 1.5 kms away). Take a rickshaw which costs 20-30 bucks if you are not prepared to walk * If silk saree shopping is in your agenda, the famous shops AG Babu Sah, AS Babu Sah, Pachaiyappa Silks and Prakash Silks are within a radius of 2.5 kms The Suite looked good for the price, could be maintained better (the ceiling paint was peeling off in the Bathroom, the Shower curtain missing making the floor messy). We faced absolutely no issues during the stay and our stay was limited to one night as our day was spent outdoors. Preferably, pre-book as unavailable rooms may cause an issue as there are very few decent hotels in the Temple Town. A good budget hotel for the facilities provided !! Would like to rate good (above average)
