What's Good: Location of hotel
What needs to improve : Unprofessional reception staff
Reason For Rating : First you should have clear contract with your hotels especially regarding the basic local rules like safari booking etc.Staff at tuli is so unprofessional in dealing with clients of high network sir.On the day of arrival the told me that have u not booked for jungle saffari as if it was our mistake not knowing this and after that misbehaved like it's your responsibility to go and book for jungle saffari as it is prebooked months ago beside this room service are also very poor.It was a bad experience for all of us from next time we will prefer some other mode for booking of our hotels.

The rooms are spacious and have shared verandah (units of four) where one can sit out and enjoy the nature. Food is excellent and it is worth eating all meals in the property. There are two pools - one for tents/luxury villas and other for rooms. Lot of greenery inside and beautiful plants, trees and a pond add to the serenity of this location. For evenings, there are some indoor game options and some antique furniture to laze on next to the 'lobby'. Wifi in rooms is good, and overall service is decent (rooms are far from the kitchen so takes a bit of time, although food is always hot).

A good place to stay during visit to Kanha national Park. The themic architecture adds flavour to the visit. Services were excellent. 1 wattage of light more required to every light point to lit up more. Overall awesome...

Staff at resort are untrained and unmannered especially F&B staff. Rooms are uncleaned and toilet not working. Despite property being beautiful, bad hospitality ruined our trip. Not expected from Tuli group.

The rooms here were small, and a little cluttered with over sized furniture. Staff were varied. We thank Saily ( resident naturalist ) who solved all problems, and seemed to be the person who kept Tuli Tiger Resort running. She was always around, always keen to hear how our sightings had gone and generally checking all was well. On the other hand, one of the male staff at front desk needed to learn a great deal. He was very rude, and was more interested in lying just outside reception and using his mobile phone. Quite affronted that I wanted him to come in and arrange for me to pay my bill. Food was better than some we had elsewhere. We weren't keen on the Indian breakfasts which we had out on safari. Overall, we had a nice stay, but we do wish we had stayed in the much more luxurious tented area just beyond the lion statues. The tents looked great, and the infinity pool was great. Maybe next time.

Set up like a fancy safari tent. Very quiet and private, especially since tent beside us appeared empty. There was one night they were doing construction on the other side of the property wall until quite late at night, this we could hear. The tent was a bit of a walk from the reception, but they had a golf cart available. Often it would be waiting for us without needing to ask. Note that if they come for you (say, for a wake-up call) they ring the doorbell this is a loud buzzer-like sound, the first time they rang it we had no idea what was going on! Id recommend using it for after you set your own alarm, as it was a harsh sound to wake up to. The bed was rather firm, more than we generally like. The room also had a couple of seats, and a desk to sit at. In addition, there was a nice sitting area out back that we used in the afternoon before returning on safari. The bathroom was large, with both a shower and a tub, and two separate sinks. They also had space for both suitcases, which worked well. Food was excellent, although the packed lunches were enough for twice the number of people, which we felt bad about. Dinner was either buffet-style in the main area, or for people in the tents they offered private dining in a separate building. The private dining was excellent, and nice to be alone and amazingly they didnt charge any extra for it. The lodge is located about 10 minutes from the park gate, so not too bad for getting there.
