Stayed in this hotel to attend marriage party. The hotel is decent. Its not a fancy hotel typical 2-3 star hotel. Food is good and rooms have enough space for a couple. Good budget / business hotel. I would stay again in this hotel if in the same area.

I stayed there for 3 days on a business trip. the ambience e,layout etc of the hotel is average.the staff was courteous and polite . the food was great, i just had buffets for all the days. there is a huge banquet hall in the hotel, so that could add to some noise. pricing is competitive. The rooms were small with all the basic amenities. don't expect any view from your hotel room. the terrace Gym is good while the swimming pool an idea !

Considering the city facilities it may be considered as one a good hotel For people expecting sophisticated behaviour, one may get surprises. Could be a one off case and possibly about one individual. The possibility of what caused the rude behaviour from the staff member is not known We had arrived there for a business party with about 30 people including women family members. The entire party went off well till it came to the billing The person was possibly unware about the expenses discussed and agreed and communicated over email. Well that points to a problem about the internal communications within the hotel staff from different shifts. The communication happened in the morning, party happened in late evening The hotel property is almost on the road and if one is looking for some open space one may be disappointed. Rooms are good, Wi-Fi is not great (experienced similar situation in other hotels in Kanpur too, they should rather say they don't give any Wi-Fi, now using my mobile hotspot in a Kanpur hotel offering me a wi-fi) The access to the lobby is not very friendly as one have to climb up the steps to reception. The vehicular entry and exits (oh no exit as it remains closed always) are cumbersome as one has to reverse to get the car out

A very well located and beautifully equipped hotel in a city which was normally known as a city having laid back attitude. I was very happy to check into the hotel room on the level 2 when I visited Kanpur for a school reunion despite having numerous other options to stay with relatives and friends as I spent about 40 years of my life in Kanpur. There was a celebration going on the first night of my stay in the hotel's lounge right below my room which went on till early hours. Despite several requests to the reception, which were replied with "Sir, abhi bund ho jayegi" the DJ played full blast till 0130hrs. I even complained to the top management who offered me an upgrade on the same floor but in the other corner. My happiness was shortlived as the room was located above the kitchen facilities of the hotel and sound of pots and pans and movement of heavy items kept me awake till 0200hrs. What a stay! As mentioned above, hotel itself is well located and equipped but avoid any rooms on the level 2 and if there is a celebration in progress, definitely procure a pair of earplugs,
