It is a descent hotel, whose rooms are well maintained. The view from the sliding glass Window's was amazing as we could see the vivekananda rock and the sea outside...The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant and that is why we had to take our meals outside. The hotel seems to be very popular as it was almost packed with the guests..The location is very much close to the beaches as well as the market. The only problem we faced was during our checkout time. The front desk staff refused to give us Bill, saying they don't give bill for online reservations! It was ridiculous & then we had to contact MMT customer care & after their intervention, the manager was called & he somehow agreed to issue a proper bill. They only interacted in tamil/Telugu..hardly spoke english.which was again a great cause of our frustration. It seemed they are only friendly towards South Indian visitors.Visitors who are not from South India, will feel less comfortable, even after booking from online,is assured.

Nice hotel with good ambience... POSITIVES- check in was smooth and simple....on the fifth floor small place to see the sun rise and we enjoyed there....rooms were clean..ac works good.walkable to beach.. NEGATIVES-no restaurant in the hotel..room service provided from their nieighbour hotel...servers fix their own rate...hot water is only comes for timing.. not worth for money they collect....they ring the bell and wake up us by 5 ..as I have not requested for wake up call

+ves:Budget rooms , easily Accessible location with restaurants and shops nearby.Car parking available. -ves: Certain rooms are foul smelling ,both the rooms alloted had the same problem . Hotel staff don't attend such complaint with room freshners rather would use the floor cleaner sprays .No inhouse restaurant but ample options like room service /take a 2min walk outside !

One of those old hotels which has been revamped to suit the new age discerning crowd. The hotel is basic at best. Neat and clean. we had booked 2 rooms. Our room was alright but the other room was stinking really bad. My friends didn't bother reporting it but as a whole it was really bad smell. Maybe a one-ff incident. Close proximity to the Kanyakumari temple and ferry ride. recommended.
