What's Good: The location of the hotel and the staffs.

What's Good: Location
What needs to improve : Room condition, room service and cleanliness.
Reason For Rating : Room conditions and Room services are not good. Hotel does not have its own kitchen, which makes room service horribly wrong. Room tariff does not match with facilities available. Only hotel location is an advantage for sunrise. Room refurbishment required or need to change hotel status as lodge.

What's Good: Location, parking.
What needs to improve : Room allocated had sea view alright, but worse amongst the sea-view rooms in terms of the view. Second towel given, was torn! That was a first! Room service was pretty bad and delayed.
Reason For Rating : Make sure people who pay in advance aren't taken for granted.

What's Good: Rooms are very small . they charge for guest but seems like you need to manage in that small room. it is very difficult to stay in such a small room

What's Good: This hotel is still under construction. I was shocked that they even offered room for rent and that too at premium price. There was constant noise of construction and on top of that there was water scarcity. Overall a very bad experience.

I DON'T REVIEW GOOD HOTELS, JUST ONES THAT DONT MEET THE CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS....THIS IS WHY 90% OF MY HOTEL REVIEWS ARE BAD.....I STAY IN HOTELS ALL OVER THE WORLD. Bare in mind this place is 50 a night, or 60 euro,s or $70 .......cheap for the states, uk and most of Europe, but that's top whack for India. This Hotel, is disgusting. No Wii Fi, filthy rooms, Bed Bugs, no sea view on all ground floors. Constant smell of human waste. Noise. And perhaps the worst staff I have ever had to endure. Arrived to to completely run down tip of a car park. Covered in litter and worse. The Hotel itself is dreadfully in need of a total refurbishment. We got out of the car and at this point, we should have got back in and left. Room one. This was apparently the room we'd booked, the "Deluxe sea view" room. It was disgusting, totally filthy. The view was in-fact, just a car park and the room skunk of exhaust fumes. The toilet was horrendous, a constant smell of human waste. Zero Wi Fi, which we were assured would work as we needed it for business, as this was part of a business trip. They told me no other rooms were available and the staff were quite frankly a disgrace, didn't care, blamed the "travel agent" (Expedia). I felt intimidated if I'm honest with them circling me. I think, reading the other reviews on here, this is a trick these people use. I spent the next 3 hours trying get another hotel but it was a public holiday. One of the hotel staff saw me in another hotel and when I returned to Seaface, all of a sudden had "better rooms for me" . In fact 3 rooms....all of a sudden... Second and third rooms......Both disgusting.....no Wi Fi again and yet more views of cars.....the toilet was dreadful and the smell in the room was a mix off human waste and cigarettes. These were both ground floor rooms, close to the open reception where all the staff (and there was a lot of them) all sat around creating so much noise. This flooded in through the open window joining each rooms toilet area with the corridor. It was loud. People shouting, yelling down the echoing corridors. Not a chance we could stay here. Room three......All of a sudden we have another room available, on the first/top floor. The view was half sea half car park and a great view of piles of litter and other waste.......but by this time my plan was simple. We stay in this room for one night, but spend that evening looking for another hotel. So, we're on room three now.......I move our bags up to the room.........but alas, the room again is filthy. I ask for the toilet to be sanitised as its covered in excrement. There is a women at my door shouting back to the boss telling him its clean, it's clean I watch her scrub the filth from inside the toilet bowl with a long scrubbing brush, then use the same brush to clean the top of the seat. I point to excrement smeared on the wall, she looks at me like I am a fool. At this point I ask her to leave. There is filth smeared on the walls and again the smell is dreadful. Only made worse when the toilet was flushed. I go and buy bleach and clean it myself. We have Wi Fi for 90 seconds. Then because the power is flickering on and off, its gone, never to return. Again I walk round other hotels looking for a better room, but everywhere is fully booked as its a public holiday. We are stuck here. So to the first night. Hells Fire, that bed!!.it smelt, and the sheets were covered in filth. I went out and bought a cheap blanket and used that. After the first night the bed bugs attacked me, so there was no way we was going to get into it. We had no room service and we survived three days, without unpacking, cleaning my own toilet and using the same towel. After witnessing the cleaning in progress I was happy to keep them out anyway. They are banging on your door trying to sell you breakfast vouchers for another hotel and it becomes clear they want tips for even speaking to you. We arranged with another hotel to use their Wi Fi, and for three days we managed. But for me, the smell, the service, the staff, its was the worst stay anywhere I'd ever stayed in India. So, home now, and I write to Expedia, who totally dismiss my claims. Ok, court it is. Please send me your UK address so I can open a small claim to retrieve the full cost of the Hotel. They put 50 into the account we had to open to book this Hotel. Not good enough I say, send me and address of I shall do a credit card charge back. They then put 50% of the cost back on our card. Not good enough I say again. UK address please or charge back. After 3 weeks they finally refund the full amount. We will never use Expedia again. Totally dreadful service. As for the Seaface Hotel, and it's appalling staff, I really hope you read this review (and the other dreadful reviews on here) and do something. Yours is the worst hotel in the area. I know you have links with a couple of other hotels, but Sea Face is the pits. Dreadful.......and I suggest instead of you all just sitting around smoking shouting and intimidating people, you get on with a total refurbishment to bring this dump up to the standard your literature promises it will be. Expedia.........never again, the emails I had from them only goes to prove they have zero care concerning their customers. I look forward to reading the managers reply, pleased be aware, if its the one I dealt with, bare in mind the lies he told me about no other rooms and its all the agents fault......and I will then post photo's and even pics of credit card invoice's to prove they refunded me...becouse I bet they say No one complained the picture's are astonishing.. Do not use this Hotel.........

I had stayed at this hotel on 5th Jan 2018. Super Sea facing hotel with sea viewing rooms. Really enjoyed stay even though hardly we were there in hotel. Early morning sun rising view enjoyed from hotel itself. complimentary breakfast is filling with varieties. Very reasonable priced budget hotel.

I 've reached this hotel on the afternoon of a Saturday. When I asked for the room they asked this room is booked for two people, I explained them I am a solo travel.Hotel front desk told me very rudely its booked for two people they cant give it to a single person.I asked them the reason, that guy gave me the logic that police will ask him where is the second person. When I told them I am going to call travel portal then they gave me a room. But they never asked me for my identity documents which are mandatory these days. My suggestion to traveller will be going for breakfast at earliest otherwise you will get leftover stuff. Their room service straightway asks you for the tip when you leave without providing any service that tip sounds like some sort of a tax.

On arriving at the hotel full payment in cash was required. This is rarely a positive sign. This was my 13th hotel in India this trip (I average between 50-100 hotel stays a year so have a fairly objective view on quality). Hotel SeaFace was disappointing. (Ive been delighted with the majority of my stays in India) Ok here are the negatives: My booking confirmation had indicated the room would have balcony and sea view. It had neither but looked out onto the roof of an adjacent building at the back. My bed linen was quite stained and didnt look fresh. When I took this up with the manager he refused to accept this and walked off to talk to someone else. The toilet in my bathroom wouldnt flush. The Wifi did not work. My room was not clean nor was it serviced during my stay. There were no bug screens in the open bathroom window and I got bitten by mozzies while in the shower. Positives: Great location Breakfast was plentiful and a good range of Indian breakfast items. Overall I felt the quality of the accommodation was well below what youd expect for over Rs3000
