Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Forest falls is a perfect getaway for reunion with nature and friends. Had a Fab time all enjoyed. Plus points: 1 Best natural location. 2 Great quality local food, 5 out of 5 for all meals and taste. Cooks need to be rewarded. 3 Rooms and bathrooms very clean and hygienic. Well built swimming pool and artifical water fall. 4 Fridge and Speaker with Amp by the pool and room excellent idea. 5 All staff very friendly and helpful big bonus, many thanks to Damu and the team of cooks and washing staff. 6 The entire farm was clean and tidy with sufficient large blue bins for garbage. 7 Thank you for organizing Barbeque bon fire very enjoyable event. Now points for improvement: You have the space so more games and activities to be added for more youth groups. Box Cricket, Box Football, area to be allocated for Badminton, Volleyball, large rope for Tug of war which many families will enjoy playing minimal cost to organize these activities. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned natural water is acceptable natural leaves are okay because of trees around. To be honest we enjoyed the pool we prefer natural water rather than too much chlorinated water which burns eye and skin. Finally Anju many thanks for your open and honest communication, we look forward to return back in the near future.

Travel Date - 24th & 25th June 2017 Booked - Bunglow Nature of Group - Family with kids (22 Adults + 8Kids) Firstly even after making the advance payment the booking was not confirmed. Terrible road from highway till property. (cars were stuck on waybac, due to heavy rain road was filled with water). Toilets were not clean. Owner himself satyed in bunglow with us on ground floor room and we were not allowed to used washroom (which was not informed to us at the time of booking). Way of communication of Owner and staff is very disrespectful. Poor navigation from highway till hotel. (no proper guidence or sign board where required). Bunglow is huge, rooms were good. Unmaintained, uncleaned & unhygienic swimming pool and rain dance area. (complete disappointment) Only mens group was present at waterfall, who all where drunked with no proper swim wear. Good breakfast & lunch on firstday, but on second dayit was terrible service. No proper food management. Food was not provided which was informed. Unclean water in rooms. Some kids and elders are sick when we returned yesterday. Ridiculous reasons given by owner & managment for all the poor services and problems. Suggestion to travellers - Do not make full payment at the time of check in. Pictures given on website do exsist at the proprety, but in terrible condition which are not maintained at all. Feedback to property - Work on maintenance, service, management (Owner & staff) and communication skills (mannerism to speak politely & in requesting tone to your guest) if they want to get success. You have great place, huge farm and good bunglow but use it wisely. No Group will like if the owner is staying in same bunglow without informing, as there is no privacy to the group. Do not allow only mens group as famaily visit your property.

It was horrible experience after visiting resort on rainy day. I read reviews n chose dis destination which is highly disappointed us. No proper commute and lack of hospitality. Don't expect breakfast if you are 10 min late. And if it is over, though u have communicated about ur late coming.. Staff(? I think those are villagers) they will ask u to manage with careless attitude. No sufficient food quantity.. Dirty water and dirty swimming pools.. Ideal for drinkers this is what staff told us. Very very disappointed.. Don't even try once.. We checked out after 4 hours..

We were a group of 18-20 people including children between 2.5-10 yrs and each one had a wonderful time. The wether was perfect and despite the proximity to Mumbai, it felt we were miles away. The bungalow is gorgeous fabulously furnished with lots of exquisite artwork in various styles ( Tanjore paintings, Indian dancers and even family photographs that are quite a pleasure to look at!) The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor can sleep at least 4 people each! And the bathrooms are simple yet extremely clean. There's a terrace too which is furnished with sofas for an aire libre experience. The restaurant is 2 minutes away and is a remodelled thatched house with bullock cart wheels for sides!! The owner, a charming Mr. Amol Pradhan, is passionate about his property and a chat with him for 5 minutes is not enough to gauge his love for the 10acre land he has so lovingly cared for for over 25 years. There are also some turkeys that are quite the entertainment for the little kids! The swimming pool although small is cozy and the fact that it has 2 water slides and an artificial water fall makes it a great spot to hang around with a few beers and more! The food is simple yet wholesome and the open kitchen is proof of hygiene. You can customise meals to suit your preferences with a little advance notice. The staff speaks Hindi and Marathi and are attentive to every need. As it is cut off from civilisation, there aren't any limits on the decibel levels. Overall, a must visit for larger groups or family reunions and office picnics.

I am a kind of person to whom Reviews help to decide the destinations for stay & i selected Forest Fall resort after reading the reviews & it stayed upto Mark. This place is nice & clean. Food though limited choice but yummy. Friendly & helpful caretakers. Most of all my 3 yr old son just enjoyed this place his food was also taken care of. Simply a person who has concerns with hygienic place & visit this Farm Resort. Not to miss as it was my husbands birthday the Owner himself called to wish him. Truely loved this overall trip.
