Amazing property. Made with very artistic approach. Good, personalised service by the Care taker. Nice open space to play many outdoor games. Well maintained cricket pitch adds to the overall pleasure of Stay. Overall a very calm place to relax with friends and family.

Great place to relax and bond with family. Food is outstanding. The pool, garden, rooms everything is well kept neat and clean. Superb hospitality. Would highly recommend all my friends and relatives to visit casa blanca

The property is beautiful with awesome home cooked food. The rooms can accomodate only 2 people and could have been made bigger but the outside property makes you forget about it. The swimming pool the plants and surrounding is really beautiful.

The villa looked beautiful but it's not maintained very well. We were 8 people and the accommodation is for 12 people, in spite of that dining table or living room space as well as game zone had seating for only for 5 to 6 people. The bedrooms are spacious though. Swimming pool is so tiny that it only serves the purpose of a good backdrop for photography. Looks like an afterthought. The floor needs a repainting. Some of the murals need touch up. Semi enclosed spaces in common place either in living room our at upper level which has views or can overlook activities need to be added. As it becomes either complete indoor or complete outdoor. The geysers and taps were not working properly, caretaker is unaware about. Check before going for bath. Toilets don't have adequate space to keep clothes. Very poor or no network of phone or data. They do have wifi but doesn't reach first floor. No TV for namesake either. So complete cut off from world. If one is on the first floor, no provision to connect with caretakers or staff on ground floor. You can't call then unless one goes down. The staff too wasn't forthcoming to inquire if anything was required. Simple example, 6 glasses were kept for 8 of us. Food as lunch and dinner was too oily and only punjabi style food is available. We believe it was recycled in the evening by mixing some extra vegetables. Breakfast available was only poha and veg sandwiches for veg options. Poha had enormous amount of oil and red chilly powder. We barely touched. Left over food was too much to feed 8 more people apart from us. No courtesy to inquire if ordered menu was changed at their own free will. For eg. Chocolate ice cream was changed to butterscotch ice cream so on and so forth. The place in all is overpriced. Some thought needs to be put by owner to keep the group entertained in way of interesting settings for sitting as the least.

We had a wonderful experience at karjat - Casa Blanca Homestay. We were made to feel warm and welcome; showered with the best hospitality. Santosh (Care taker n cook) made every possible efforts to make us comfortable; served us choicest food. Our first Homestay experience and a truly memorable one.
