I was there for a weekend with my friends for a bday party and they treated us very well. The food they served us is good too, though the quantity as compared to the price is very less. Large space with great facilities. View from the rooms were amazing. Ample space for parking. All in all a good place to be at.

Worst hotel I've seen yet. They r charging us as luxury hotel.,but no facilities like luxury hotel.they r cheating with the guest. Dirty linen, no proper breakfast.. Even they don't have butter also... Not more then Good lodge. We have checked in for two days but only one day we have stayed.. Not value for money.

We ended up booking a two nights stay at this property after reading the reviews on this site. Having been to kasauli multiple times before, we had limited choice this time around as most of the top properties were booked due to long weekend and the kasauli rhythm and blues festival. The room which was given to us didn't seem to have been prepared well. The kettle had dust Inside it. The exhaust inside the washroom wasn't working, it's wire was handing loose and we got to know that it had been like that since past few days/weeks. The wooden rest above the bed was full of dust and we couldn't even keep our hang bags there. The biggest drawback is the fact that the rooms do not have any exclusive balcony. There is a narrow corridor cum balcony which is a common space for everyone. This TOOK way our private moment of enjoying a cup of tea in our own zone in the morning. The buffet area again works like a canteen. They ask you what you want and then the chef prepares it versus a standard buffet setting. The issue wasn't that. There was a major delay in us getting food the first day and somehow we had to reorder our food twice and in the end had to cancel one of our order. Vipin Rana at the property was extremely courteous and did everything in his capacity to make us comfortable but if the room isn't in the right shape - there is very less than anyone can do. Kasauli offers a lot of other properties which offer superior experience at similar or lesser rate. Can certainly skip this one
