  • Rude manager with no sense of courtesy oR customer service

    by 462shalinig on

However, the following were breaking points- 1. No Wi-Fi- Apparently, the manager thinks that its normal for no Wi-Fi service to iPhones. 2. Stained and burnt sheets and duvets 3. Poor customer relations- A dirty towel lead to an argument with the manager where he charged us for the towel and wanted us to take it back with us and use it. Upon requesting for cancellation of the charge, and information of no Wi-Fi and stained room amenities, he resorted to brainless statements like its no Wi-Fi for iPhone is a norm in small cities and that we should take back a dirty towel and use it. The behaviour spoilt the entire stay.

  • owner/the guy on reception was so rude

    by Pretty travelli... t on

We went there in August, the prperty is at good location however the person who was on reception and takes care of all the main things I guess was very rude,he was not at all generous in talkin to their customers as if he owns that property. As we were going from Delhi to we reached in morning 7 so we requested for early check in,but that person was so rude in responding as if he is doin as a favour. He charged us for early check in even if the resort was almost empty. Also in that conversation he asked us rudely to leave this hotel if we have issue is payin the early check in amount. This was our second time stay in the same hotel but this time we met this guy here.Overall his behaviour was not good and we will never think of stayin in that hotel again. We stayed in partvati kuteer on next day as our was 2 days trip. There we got good hospitality:)

  • Amazing Stay!

    by TanuK67 on

Food and hospitality were amazing! Kasol Market is just 2kms from the hotel. Manikaran Gurudwara,Shiv Temple and Ram Temple too are just 1.5 kms away from the hotel! View from rhe hotel was very good. One can enjoy the amazing and mesmerising views from the balcony! P.S.Opt for Super Deluxe rooms as they have got balconies, rest of the rooms dont have balconies

  • Wonderful holiday stay...

    by Travel177692 on

I went there in May,2019 with 7 of my family members, and we had a great time staying at this hotel. The hotel is situated alongside the flowing river Parvati. The rooms were big, clean and had a nice and clear view of the snow covered mountains along with the river from the balcony. The food was also very good, and great hospitality was shown by the staff members. A highly recommended place for people coming to stay with there families.

One of the best hotel in kasol with awesome location and view. hotel have it's own restaurant as well ass rooftop dining. Hotel is Near to main market and near to manikaran you can easily go by walk. Amazing food and service.

  • The wifi range is not till the room. Also try getting room on 2nd floor if going for Suite, it is cheaper. We stayed on 3rd floor.

  • All there rooms are good and the people in this hotel are courteous and good, so you need not worry in the hotel about anything.

by vaibhavjainn on January 13, 2017

  • Try asking for the balcony rooms - rooms at back do not have access to good view all you will see is the jungle

  • All rooms are designed in a way to give you great view of Parvati Valley.
