Staff is uneducated at this place. Don't give advance in full. keep half money for check out.they will not leave a single chance to loot you. Unfortunately I had given them full advance by mistake. At the time of check in they told us that they have pick up and drop facility available 24 hours that's why their rates are bit higher than other category hotel of the same category. I said OK paid them for everything in 100% advance. After 1 hour of check in we left the hotel for banganga. We kept waiting for the cab as it was included in our room package. After waiting for a good 20 to 25 minutes driver came and dropped us at banganga ghat. We travel on our feet almost 14 hours visited all holly temples and came back to banganga ghat and called the hotel to pick us by cab as it was included in our package. Please note ( as we are from Delhi so our mobiles were not working there and all pco were also closed as we reached late night around 00:45). So we beg from almost 20 people out of which 1 person allowed us to call the hotel. Finally we rang the hotel no and someone picked my call. I introduced him myself and told him my room no and everything. Person on the call ensured me that he is picking us up within 15-20 minutes and told us to stay their and wait. As it was a rainy day so rain started once again badly and we were not having any other option except waiting their. 30 minutes passed. We started begging for mobile once again as it was Very late and we were very tired. We called the hotel no almost 20 times from different people no but nobody answered from the hotel or came for pick up. Finally I saw a local auto as we were not in condition to wait anymore after waiting for almost 2 hours in heavy rain with my wife. Auto was in front of me. As hotel was nearly 2 kms from banganga ghat I thought auto will ask us not more than 100rs but I was shocked when he asked me for 405 rs for 2kms. As no option I took the auto and reached the hotel. I saw the person picked my call he was chatting with two of other hotel worker or his friends. And his phone was also in his hand but he never picked my call. I got frustrated on this and asked him why he did not picked my call. He told me that cab driver was sleeping. I asked him at least you should inform us that cab driver is sleeping we will not be able to pick you from there. Than at least we could had reached the hotel 2 hours before than this. Instead of waiting for you their we could have seek some other option to reach at the hotel. That he told us that their services are not available between 12 to 5 in night. Then I remind him that you told us that it's round o clock service. He did not said anything on this. We went to out room where flush was not working in bathroom. Light was too dim in the room. We slept in the room. At the time of check out I asked them to pay at least 50% of the transportation charges which I had paid in the night. I did not get a good response from them. They are not there to help you. They are there to loot you. So better stay away from this place. Keep yourself safe. Jai mata di

we stayed in this hotel in the month of march'2013. staff is very pathetic,uneducated.They will keep commenting and irritates you. don't give advance in full. keep half money for check out.they will not leave a single chance to loot you.if by mistake u paid full advance then u will suffer like we did. very bad , horrible experience. pls stay away from this hotel. BIG NO.
