    It was a great experience to stay lemon tree hotel. It was very good for every thing like servicing and other support. We r thankful for all the members.it was very nice trip for us.if we come next time we prefer this.

    Visited Lemon Tree Katra and stayed there for 2 nights on 6/7 Sep with family and friends. Was a lovely experience, right from well appointed rooms, great food etc. but what impressed me most was the courteousness of the entire staff right from reception, housekeeping, restaurant etc. Pooran sharma,.dwarka, kajal, devendra to name just a few really made the trip to Vaishno Devi a memorable experience. Looking forward to visit Lemon Tree Katra again and will certainly recommend this hotel to all.

    During my vacation in last month. I made a trip to vaishno devi. It was really pleasant stay at lemon tree hotel katra. I was particularly very impressed with the communication, facilities and cleanliness throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Sachin and all the entire team members. Keep it up!

    I have booked room for 2 nights (Room No. 308) during my Vaishno Mata Ji Trip i.e. Dated 30th Aug 17 to 31st Aug 17 .There is nothing which is called Lemon Tree Band when it comes to treatment in Lemon Tree Katra (Jammu). This hotel is really spoiling the brand name of Lemon Tree. If you would rate this hotel on your experience there is only one word for this '"TERRIBLE ". Details of Terrible Experience with attached photographs: 1. Seepage in room (Room No. 308), worst condition. 2. No body can sleep with noisy window AC. 3. Broken Curtain with wrong installation - funny installation of AC with Curtain either you can choose privacy or Window AC. 4. Wifi facility - Provide a funny deal i.e. " one room one device only". Doesn't matter even though i paid for double occupancy. 5. Dusty telephone - Room telephone was full of dust, any person will think thrice before using telephone. 6. No call facility from your room. If u want to make a call you have to come down to reception. 7. Complimentary car they provide is Maruti Omni in very poor condition, i think auto is far better then their Omni. 8. First Aid kit with insufficient contents, as they are not having cotton in their first aid box. 9. Broken drawer - under the TV. 10. No garbage bag in dustbin. 11. Guest Lift not working properly, taking instructions in third command. 12. No welcome drink, not even a glass of water. In conclusion very very poor hotel and this hotel is off from my list now. The most useless hotel i have visited so far. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any one.
