It's a very nice place and nice hotel to stay long with family.... we are very regular to Katra, every time we have enjoyed a lot.... one of best thing is what that every time fortunately I got same room number... so this way most of staff know us by name which sounds very much familiar....each and every staffs are very much friendly and courteous.... wish you all a good luck... Thanks

Pros: 1. Location: Located very close to Katra Railway Station. I can say just opposite to the station. 2. Rooms: Elegant 3. Food Quality 4. Nirvana Spa: Got Balinese Spa done. So soothing and relaxing. 5. Staff : Very humble and co-operative Cons: 1. Housekeeping: Not up to the mark. They do not clean the room properly. 2. Room Amenities: I stayed in a deluxe room. No mini bar. No note and pen in the room. Not even numbers to contact housekeeping and spa. 3. Food Menu: Very limited. 4. Power cut: Too many power cuts although they have back up. This may be due to Electricity failures in the city. Overall, if the above points can be neglected, this would be the best hotel to stay in katra.

We stayed at the the Lemon Tree in June 2017 for a night.Loved the hotel .Room Service is good and fast. There was a fragrance of lemon everywhere . Hotel is little far from local market but they provided us drop off facility . The hotel staff was helpful.
In short, can't compare to any other Lemon tree hotel.

Hotel needs to improve on many things: 1. Firstly there is no water pressure in washroom 2. Should provide Pickup and drop facility from Katra station. It is just 5 mins far still they don't provide pick and drop. 3. All rooms have got window AC but there is no provision for curtain for that window when you are using AC. 4. They Provide you Pick and drop service to Banganga from where the Yatra Begins but you will have to wait for 1 hour as they have only one car. 5. Restaurant service is very very slow. Had to ask them thrice for giving water. 6. There is not cold water provision in washroom. All the time you get only hot water. 7. Reception people should learn how to talk . 8. Wifi does not work

Stayed in the lemon tree hotel, didn't expect the kind of management, hygiene and hospitality of such a high standard in a spiritual place like katra but true to its name the hotel stands out in everything , my best wishes to mr Sandeep the hotel manager who really strives very hard to make our stay a memorable one
