Hi, Thank you for asking feedback about hotel. Not sure, why have you categorize this as a hotel and that too a GoStay hotel. In short worst ever experience. I have attached the pics as evidence. Below are the details The room provided by hotel was in worst condition. Attached pics clearly show the condition of room. The bed sheet was so dirty as you can't even dare to sit on that. Pillow covers were in their worst condition. See pic. When we ask them to provide clean bed sheet and pillow covers they replied that all other bedsheets are sent for washing. He replaced the pillow cover with even dirtier condition. The room condition was incredible. I have attached the pics which clearly shows and explain the condition. The walls were full of pan spit. Room was in damage condition. See attached pics. Floor was so dirty as if that was not cleaned for months. We requested them to change the room. This took them 4 hours to arrange different room. The other room was looking clean but did not have any ventilation. Bed sheet and pillow covers are same dirty as of previous room. It was difficult to breath inside the room with no ventilation. So we decided to spend time outside the hotel. At night, we had no other option but to came back to hotel to sleep. Now we realized the blanket provided by hotel is full of bedbugs (khatmal in Hindi). Another major point is in terms of security and compliance as per instructions from Min of Home Affairs. Complete failure on this front as the hotel didn't even ask me to show the ID proof before check-in. I am confident after visiting this hotel that they follow the same practice with most of the guests. Do i need to explain how critical this behavior/practice is and the implications. I will wait for your response and action on this.
