Good hotel but in online i booked for 3 beds and paid also when i check n they told 3 beds not available and provided only extra matress when paid 3 beds they least bothered at last owner provided extramattress on argument

We stayed here with my family in May 1st week. Very Rude staff. They didn't have hot water which delayed our Darshan by more than an hour. Later the pick up drop option that they promised later turned into arguments as the hotel staff says it's not a right and is purely depending on their privilege. Driver is also very grumpy. I would recommend to stay in the irctc hotel which is very new and offers all good facilities with free pick up drop. It's right in the railway station.

We went to Katra for Vaishno Devi Darsha and booked rooms for our family for 1 night. The rooms that they gave us were full of dust. The moment we turned the fan on more dust showered on us and everyone started sneezing and rushed out of the room. We asked the front desk to change and got a rude reply that they will change if we insist. Other room that they provided was equally miserable. Corridors were dirty. It looks like a property that was well-built but poorly maintained. Lousy staff. Rude front desk who don't even know the spelling of hospitality. My parents arrived early on the way back from Darshan. They are both senior citizens and had to take a pony to get down from the hill. They arrived hotel early than us. They needed a place to rest and asked for a room for a few hours on a payment basis. Hotel staff denied their requests and they had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. My worst stay ever. Please do not book this place if you want to have a memorable vacation, good memories I mean.

I have visited to Vaisho Devi on 29th Sep'17 and someone from my friend circle suggested this hotel. intially when we reached hotel staff has updated that Room is available only for 30th and 1st Oct'17 and we were planning to visit at Maa ke Darbar on 30th Morning so we actually didnt required room on 30th. i have paid full amount for 29th and advance money for 1st Oct'17 to avoid any last moment issue We came back from Bhawan on 1st evening around 3:00 PM to Hotel, highly tired as we have completed darshan by tramp ( Paidal) and they asked us to wait which took 2 hours and finally they refused to give the room SHOCKED ...because we have already paid the advance and our condition was so terrible due to high exertion, tiredness and pain in legs their excuse was more stupid that someone extended their stay so which means they should be asked to take another room rather to ask prebooking person to look for another room in that terrible condition with 3 small kids we have taken another hotel and they have spoiled our 2 hours which we were planning to utilize for rest. in simple words... if they are not able to sustain on their commitment than such hotels should be completely boycotted Please be aware of such fraud hotels

Very Good Experience in this Hotel, Neat and clean property and in budget category . I had traveled with my family for Darshan and stayed around 3 Nights . Very Good Services , also Food quality very good. They don't use onion and garlic for food preparation .
