What's Good: its a wonderful place to stay. food was not good and over priced. swimming pool though present was drained of all the water and hence unusable.

What's Good: Good ambience. Huge rooms. Decent size bathrooms but they won't do room service services in room which is strange plus minimum food preparation time was 1hour which was pissing off. Rest was ok

We visit 6 Lodges during our 3 weeks safari tour to India, this Lodge was unfurtunately not the best we stayed in. Is getting weared and there is a lot of noice from neigbours the whole night, Staff needs to be more attended No self service in the morning for juice, coffe and tea which we always have to wait for,Internet slow and the food is avarage. We spend 3 nighs there. Needs to be upgraded in many ways. Some of the gates to Kazirange National Park is over half and hour away.

We were at this resort in the first week of February 18. This resort is close to the central range but quite a distance from the other ranges. But the extra time or distance does not matter if you factor in the same for your trips. The resort is spread in a fairly large area with a water body and a private swimming pool . I am told that there are around twenty rooms. These rooms are on kind of a stilt with a balcony attached. They are spacious enough to accommodate a couple with hardly any room for an additional bed. The toiletries provided could be of some better quality. And that goes for the towels and hand napkins too.Housekeeping and room service could be tardy at times. The geyser is small which means there is a waiting time for the 2nd person to get some hot water during showers. The temperature in February was really cold and hence never had to use the air conditioners. Nice looking pool well maintained but during our stay at the resort we found no one using the pool. Perhaps February is cold enough to deter house guests from enjoying the pool. FOOD was tasty and the buffet spread was decent. Our breakfast was included in the room tariff and we also had lunch and dinner at the resort too. The restaurant is large and the service is good. They show a short wildlife film in the evening but I wish they had informed the guests before hand. Overall the resort is good with lots of trees and birds. A good place to visit the Kaziranga wildlife sanctuary.

This is a wonderful place in an area that is slowly opening up to tourism. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony - ours looked over the side, so not the best view, but it didn't bother us. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. They did not have a huge range, but I prefer that to the limitless number of dishes in some buffets. It meant that the food was used and resulted in less waste. The staff were, without exception, so friendly and helpful. To me, as long as the place is clean and friendly, you can overlook any minor issues. The hotel is close to the entrance to the central region of the park, so was convenient for one of our jeep rides and the elephant ride. It is also not too far from the orchid park. Issues were: (1) Wifi was not reliable and could only be obtained in reception (2) the hot water in the bathroom required you to put a geyser on, which is fine, but the tank only held enough for one person's shower. This therefore required planning if you both wanted to have a shower one after the other. That said, this hotel is not in the city centre and is in an area that is still developing for widespread tourism. So I came here not expecting the same standards.

Thought we would try Assam having travelled to India before. We were not sure about the Infinity Resort, but this one looked better than some of the others viewed on the Internet. It was also very close to the Park. This is a very lovely place with only about 20 rooms, each having their own balcony and overlooking the pool. The room we had was spacious and clean, although I do feel that it would benefit from a little updating. As regards the dining room, the meals were basic, but always found something to suit our palate. If not, the Waiters could not do enough for you. You just had to ask and they would try to supply it for you. Nothing was too much trouble for any of their Staff, from the Reception to the Dining Room. A fire was provided in the room when the evenings were cold, and they did keep Kingfisher beer in the hotel which we could consume around the Boma which was lit each night. Quant? yes but we were very happy there - recommended.

The resort is very near to the Park. It is surrounded by a lot of greenery which give an impression of the resort being in the jungle. All rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are also clean. But the toiletries provided are basic and needs to be improved. All rooms have balconies where one can sit and enjoy the surroundings. Most rooms face the swimming pool. Our package included all meals. The buffet was just about adequate. The restaurant staff went out of thier way to cater to all our demands for extra dishes. The mutton dishes were mouth watering. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
