I really liked this family-run place. My room was quite large, but cosy, with a door leading out to the balcony. Nice location, a few minutes from the main street, down a small lane. Room and bathroom were clean and I though decent value for money. Family were also nice, giving it a nice atmosphere. Would recommend.

Osaka is cozy and clean place to stay with a good energy. The family is very nice and friendly. Really home atmosphere and good quality food. Free wi-fi. I think it can be a good option for long staying.

Khajuraho is a desperate place for tourism, everyone wants your money. We got scammed by 'official tour guide', restaurant, and ever buying ice-cream! It is the culture of the place. The only people I feel comfortable to deal with is the family in Osaka guest house, the girl is supepr friendly and not try to sell me anything, or even not asking to book a tuk tuk. The room is clean, it was hot in the summer but with the sir cooler you will survive. And the price is super cheap may be due to seasonal discount. Highly recommended!

My first aim was to spend 3 days in Khajuraho, but I was so fine in Osaka I ended up staying a week. Osaka is a budget guest house with a nice roof terrace located in a quiet alley off the main road. My room was spacious and clean and had a balcony. Wifi ok. There's a rooftop restaurant serving good food, both indian and international. The Western Group of temples was a short walk from the guest house. A little further by a lake, but still walking distance, there were several other temples. But the best was the hospitality offered by Fahim and Siraj, friendly and honest people. If they have time enough time, they will show you around with their bikes in exchange of some money for petrol. Khajuraho is more than just its famous temples. You can go to some nearby villages, to the Ken Gharial Canyon and Nature Reserve (two waterfalls there) or even better to the Panna National Park for a safari and try to spot tigers (I did it through Siraj's agency and had a great experience). Osaka is a good base to explore all these sites. As for me, a guest house to go back again.

Rooms are basic but very clean. The people working here are gentle and VERY helpfull! If you visit Kajuraho it is a nice place to stay because it's not as loud as the centre Hostels and they have a nice rooftop
