  • Brand new property, courteous staff

by TravelNike on November 4, 2017

This seems to be a brand new property and is in excellent condition. The rooms are all nicely done up. There are practically no eateries in Maheshwar so wherever you stay better to order food from your hotel itself. As the food is all made to order, generally an hour's notice is required. Quality of food was decent. This hotel is about a kilometre from the Narmada river / Maheshwar fort and one can easily get to these attractions on foot in about 10 minutes or the Hotel can also arrange for conveyance. One evening I have walked to the fort to explore the area. Next morning, while I was again prepared to walk, the owner provided me a complimentary drop to the Fort on his bike.

  • Decent rooms, but problems with amenities

    by pearljam2014 on September 30, 2017

This seems to be the best hotel in Maheshwar (other than Ahilya fort!), but we did not have a great experience. Though the staff are friendly, all of them are ineffective other than one Mr. Ankit. To start off, the room given to us was neat, but there were lizards and droppings around the windows as well as in the bathrooms. Had to ask them to clean it. Next, the wifi was not working - the excuse given was lines were down due to rain. Then, the airconditioner had problems - it would switch off randomly and not switch on. They tried to fix it, but it kept happening every night. To give them credit, they offered an alternate room on the 3rd night, but it was already 11PM and too late to shift. The breakfast choices were poor, though the food itself was tasty. On a ridiculous note, they don't allow you to take your own room key when you go out - on the flimsy excuse that you might lose the keys. I've not seen any hotel that insists on this. They could always charge the guests in case they lose the key. We found that they had entered the room one day when we were away, on the pretext of switching off a light. The owner Mr. Mittal is a very nice and humble person and told us about a few places (not mentioned generally on the web) to visit.

  • Good enough thanks to service

by Biernacki on September 8, 2017

This B&B is a home with a professional manager on duty as well. For a budget hotel it is good enough, but has a slightly run-down feel. It is not worthy of its Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. Staff goes out of its way to please and it's probably as good a place to eat in this town as is to be found.

  • Decent place to stay

    by deepali S on September 4, 2017

This is bungalow converted to home stay.... clean and spacious room and bathroom, go for first floor rooms...good food....felt like home. The owners r very humble and staff is helpful... worth the price we paid.

  • cool homely stay

by JoshiMD on July 13, 2017

This small hotel provides comfortable stay with homely atmosphere. Close to Narmada Ghat. They also provide good food. Thing to appreciate is that they make food as per order and in limited quantity, so that no food will be wasted. Enjoyed stay and certainly visit again whenever in Maheshwar

  • may be upper floor rooms more airy and good

by JoshiMD on July 13, 2017

  • All rooms are good and well maintained bed and toilets.

  • Guests needing 3 rooms should book the 3 suites at the top floor. An exclusive lounge area comes along with the suites.

  • We got a suite room, it was very nice.

by Plagebleu on October 29, 2016

  • 3rd floor is quieter. If you have senior citizens take ground/1st floor as they dont have an elevator.
