Here it goes: This is my first review on any hotels/homestay/resorts. Could not help but writing this. I went with my family to this place on April 2011. Booked through call and left Bangalore hoping for a decent stay (if not great). Reached the place. First impression was good, beautiful place-full of greenery everywhere (in the middle of an estate). THE Home Enough for 2 couples to stay. Not so clean not all that bad too. But def not maintained well. Sand (or something like that) keeps falling from the roof. If its raining there is a leakage in few places. Power cuts during rains (which they cannot help) but with a back up (emergency lamp) of only 15 mins (Which they can help, but they do not want to!!!). Food: First day Lunch: Was good. Tea (eve): Was served along with a cup of sugar. We mixed it and I had one sip and that was the end of eve tea for that day. It was too salty. We checked sugar bowl, no issues with that. Went and complained, she came and checked and told we have mixed another bowl of salt placed on the table. Did not bother to argue as she told she will get tea again. Was about to mix sugar in the new one when I realized bowl containing sugar had salt in the bottom :o Dinner: Was kinda ok, not good not bad. Second day Breakfast: 10 thin rice rotis for 4 adults, need I say more?? Though we took for 2 days we didnt have the privilege to be there on second day after breakfast. And we are happy for that!!! One word of advise for owner: Pl try to spend a bit of money to make more. Atleast maintain the house properly to get customers. You may get customers, but no one will come back for a second time, nor do their relatives/friends come for even first time. One word of advise for customers: If you wanna relax for couple of days stay at home. DO NOT waste your money on this place.

Location is good... but surrounding is very messy. The estate is just jam packed.. not maintained...a real jungle like atmosphere. Food is ok-ok, not all that great and not much varieties either and limited quantity. Coming to the stay and facilities - Pathetic is not the word. Not at all maintained, a very old house with broken roof. No power back up and the emergency light that they provided did not work at all. Water was over... Overall a bad experience and not at all worth even half the money...
