I attended the 1on1 Fitness camp for one month from sept-oct. It was an amazing experience and I got so much out of it. I started fat and in one month I gained strength, flexibility, stamina, and lowered my body fat by a considerable amount. The curriculum they have is very well planned out, and if you have good self discipline you will get great results. The food was good, and they have planned the meals to provide the best results by maintaining steady sugar levels. Prahlladh and Khushi are really skilled at their trades. Prahlladh does the training portion very well and he has alot of knowledge about training. Khushi does the yoga part, and she is very good at teaching you the proper techniques and breathing. I really like Prahlladh and Khushi alot. Aside from hosts and the program, the area is really beautiful as well. Kodaikanal is a really special place to me because I had so many great memories and met amazing people there. Lots of wildlife and natural beauty to see. If you're motivated and looking to learn a fitness lifestyle, this is a great place. I can't wait to go back, very excited.

Training , food , atmosphere , rooms everything was perfect . props to Khushi and Prahlladh for keeping the atmosphere so lively, friendly and exciting . Overall an amazing journey and would 100% recommend .

Before coming to this camp, I had a feeling I won't be able to catch up with the schedules as I had never trained all my life. Slowly, as week passed I found a totally different, active and a much more positive version of myself and I was a person who was looking forward to more sessions of yoga and training which was quite unexpected that too in a week. And yes, the entire credit goes to our trainers Prahlladh and Khushi. Starting from keeping the environment clean and homely around us,providing all the proper amenities even in a remote place like this, serving sumptuous variety of nutritious food, to being there at every beck and call, they did not leave any stone unturned in their hospitality along with giving me a lifestyle which was truly an experience of a lifetime. The peaceful yet energising morning walks along the blissful greenery, to the calming yoga sessions under the sun conducted by Khushi and the evening training conducted by Prahlladh, every hour was worth it. One month just flew by and in the end we had so many goodies in our platter to take along. This experience was one of its kind and probably gave me a new outlook to life. It was more than my home away from home! Cant thank them enough :)

I am a nutrition coach and yeah even coaches need coaching. I went to 1on1 fitness holidays with my husband, my daughter and an open mind and found a great coach for myself! Khushi and Prahlad really care about the goals we set there and provide the knowledge, skill & the tools to accomplish them. Khushis complete devotion to everything she takes on is extremely contagious. Thank you for inspiring me and also for bringing back yoga into my life! They are also hardcore disciplinarians. They create the whole structure with regards to your what you eat/drink, how much you move and how well you rest your body & mind. All you need to do is just show up when the bell rings :) They clearly understood where I need help. They tell you what it really takes to get stuff done and that might even mean bending and changing how and what you think because its extremely important to get your illusions out of the way. Prahlad teaches you how to get comfortable with discomfort, because changes that we desire can only be made out of our comfort zone! With all the chaotic amount of information out there, they try to make healthy lifestyle simple, sustainable and sane! Who ever you are and what ever your fitness mission is... you can be rest assured that you are in best hands and on the best path to achieve it! P.S: It was our best holiday as a family and our 13 year old daughter loved it so much that she didnt want to come back!

I honestly don't know where to start! My mom,dad and I made a decision to get back on track (health and lifestyle wise) and we decided to go to 1ON1 Fitness for 2 weeks! As soon as we arrived at their place in Kodaikanal... We felt at home:) Their home is extremely comfortable (mostly because of them) and cozy. Over the weekends we all watched movies together, and over meals there was unlimited amount of laughter because no phones were allowed on the table! During the mornings we went for Cardio out of the house on a road which had forest cover on either sides.... The air was fresh and it was a great way to start the mornings:) Throughout the week there is a variety of extremely delicious (and calorie calculated)breakfast , lunch and dinner! One day we had a nutrition class which made us understand the basics of what should be on our plate and what shouldn't and the reasons why. Yoga with Khushi is amazing! As soon as it is over you feel extremely calm and feel as though there is nothing to worry about in the world:) Also you will notice how much more flexible you have become after yoga because there will be ease in all the movements you do. This yoga session is never strenuous as long as you breathe into the movement ,as Khushi will tell you so and then the Yoga session will be extremely relaxing:) The sessions with Prahlladh was extremely fun and I really enjoyed pushing my self strength wise...... I have to specially mention their music playlists... Because I'm 13 I am extremely familiar with the latest songs and they literally have all the songs that I LOVE:) (My playlist is also there now,on their iPad .... Listen to it;) After finishing our workout the feeling is mind blowing and I feel energetic. Just a warning..... When you see the Air Bike , you might think it's easy .... Think again it's NOT! But it was so much fun being cheered on by mom,dad,Khushi and Prahlladh when I was on the Air Bike which made me push more(BTW you are on the air bike for ONLY 20sec....But I, a 13 year old did it so I'm sure you can too!) Friday's are when you have a Cheat Meal.... You might look forward to it during your first week but during the 2nd week I didn't feel the Craving to eat a Cheat Meal and you realise you can have tasty stuff at home and don't need to always binge on junk to satisfy whatever craving you might have:) Being here has been the most AMAZING thing EVER!!!!!!! Badminton is something I have taken on seriously and this whole "holiday" helped me get back on track regarding my fitness goals; The yoga helps me with me flexibility on the court, Strength training allows my shots to be more powerful and allows me to carry myself on the court easily and the agility training helps me with my endurance. The most important though...is the food , the food keeps me healthy and energetic through the whole process:) This is the type of holiday you MUST go on.....not to a place where you eat your face off and feel like you need another vacation after that!! Loads of to Prahlladh and Khushi ( the 2 most amazing people I know... Don't tell my parents I said that!) Aditi:)
