It was a good experience. Prahlad & Khushi are very hands on and train well, with many inputs and loads of personal attention. The food is so healthy and just excellent, outstanding recipes and a well balanced meal, never leaving you hungry or even craving more. The environment around is beautiful, perfect to go for a run, do yoga, and train in strength.

I lived a lifestyle wherein I never used to have a proper routine or any sort of schedule for myself.I slept very late for only about 4-5 hrs,ate whatever I wanted and had no balanced diet whatsoever,improper intake of water,seldom used to exercise & had very little activity throughout the day.I was pretty excited to join a fitness program.When I started my journey here ,my blood levels were quite terrifying.I was obese,my glucose levels were very high and I had all sorts of problems related to it. I had an early morning cardio for about 60 mins everyday which was quite exhausting at first,as we had to maintain an average heart rate throughout the session.Over a period of time I was able to even go at a higher heart rate with ease which was a big surprise to me.A heart rate monitor is used to track the heat rate during the session which was of immense help in counting calories and monitoring the heart rate. I practised an hour of yoga everyday.I have personally never practised any yoga,so I was pretty much a beginner.Yoga was extremely relaxing,a calming influence and allowed me to stretch as much as I could(sometimes even more).In a few days I was able to do a lot more postures and improved on my breathing to a big extent. The strength training was also new to me and I have to say it was an arduous process for me initially.I began to get used to it slowly and understood the reason behind each exercise which was phenomenal.I got stronger each day with every passing strength session.The conditioning sessions were also very effective.It helped me improve my agility and also improve my stamina to a greater extent.In a few weeks time I was able to jog faster for a longer period of time with ease. Learning was a never ending process here as there was something that we could always learn in every thing we do. The sayingThe little things matter the most was very apt here as I learnt a lot of basics that we need to inculcate in our everyday routine like,7-8 hours sleep,4-5 litres of water a day,calorie counting,eating at regular intervals etc. These habits will stay with me for the rest of my life. 1on1 is extremely well planned and organised to suit each individuals requirements.The hospitality shown by both Prahlladh and Khushi is the icing on the cake. I was in 1on1 for 6 weeks and I have gained a lot of knowledge about fitness,training,eating clean,yoga and basic habits needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.I lost 14kgs during a period of 10 weeks and my blood levels have returned to normalcy.I felt much more active,happy,grown a composed state of mind,confident,full of energy,agile and above all a newer version of myself. Overall I had inculcated a new lifestyle which I will carry on for the rest of my life and practising this consistently will reap numerous benefits .Now I feel much better compared to a few months back and much more healthy and happy. From no cardio, practically a couch potato level of movement to 6 kms Daily jog & walk, 10 Jumping Burpees, Headstand up to 6 minutes, Strength n flexibility in the body.....just to name a few of the many benefits I experienced at 1ON1 fitness. 1ON1 Fitness Holidays is a home of health, fitness, abundance and joy. Right from the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by two most loving, joyful and amazing people I have met. This place is nestled on the top of the mountains in Kodaikanal literally living in the middle of the clouds. Living with your trainers is a unique idea and teaches you a fit for life, lifestyle. I am so happy today for over these weeks I have become a YES person. Opening up my mind and seeing the benefits of strength training and cardio. The two bright faces of 1ON1 Prahladdh & Khushi have taught me life lessons that will bring balance in my life. Time in the gym with Prahladdh strength training is teaching me values of discipline, one minded focus, pushing through your fears and achieving your goals. Time on the yoga mat with Khushi taught me the value of being open, flexible and giving space for different points of view. She opened up an entire world of Yin slow Yoga for me which is supposed to enliven your energy channels with fresh new prana and release emotional blocks to make space for healing. Over the weeks we received continuous guidance on nutrition to really challenge old ways of eating. I was one of the first two Indian Americans to come for the camp. I hope their skill and guidance reaches many more people all around the world. Also have a lot of gratitude for Mary ma, the mother of the camp feeding us, making food customized to each one. Everything offered by her was made with so much love and high energy. Also the smiling cleaning crew who made sure the room was always clean. The sweet dogs who would come by to say hi. This place has been nurtured with love and precision. Everything is done with utmost loving care and passion. For me this place will always be special as it gave me a healthy start in this new phase of my life. Love you guys!!

I attended the 1on1 Fitness camp for one month from sept-oct. It was an amazing experience and I got so much out of it. I started fat and in one month I gained strength, flexibility, stamina, and lowered my body fat by a considerable amount. The curriculum they have is very well planned out, and if you have good self discipline you will get great results. The food was good, and they have planned the meals to provide the best results by maintaining steady sugar levels. Prahlladh and Khushi are really skilled at their trades. Prahlladh does the training portion very well and he has alot of knowledge about training. Khushi does the yoga part, and she is very good at teaching you the proper techniques and breathing. I really like Prahlladh and Khushi alot. Aside from hosts and the program, the area is really beautiful as well. Kodaikanal is a really special place to me because I had so many great memories and met amazing people there. Lots of wildlife and natural beauty to see. If you're motivated and looking to learn a fitness lifestyle, this is a great place. I can't wait to go back, very excited.

Training , food , atmosphere , rooms everything was perfect . props to Khushi and Prahlladh for keeping the atmosphere so lively, friendly and exciting . Overall an amazing journey and would 100% recommend .
