What's Good: I am out of words. It was a great experience. I was with my family,we extended our stay as it was so really tranquil. Excellent home food, well behaved crew, nothing artificial about it and very helping, Very good accommodation. I recommend others to visit this unique place rather than going up to Kodaikanal which so filthy.

I was planning Kodaikanal trip since a long time and finally landed up in Tranquil Nest. Started from Bangalore at 5:00am and reached at 12:30pm following google maps all the way. Resort location is wrongly tagged in Google Map so after reaching near by called resort manager, He sent 2 guys who took us to the resort through some 500 meters of adventurous and dangerous sharp hair pin bends. Just after reaching there we were greeted with fresh watermelon juice, then resort manager Mr. S. Nagarajan took us to our room which was smaller as per my expectation so He shifted us to another room which has very nice hill view. Our overall stay here was truly amazing be it food, trek or hospitality. I and my wife both of us were spent all the time inside the resort and we loved every bit of it, however there are few points you should keep in mind. Pros: - Sufficient parking space - Well behaved staff - Lot of greenery inside, basketball half court, badminton, carrom, gym, private sitting area - Small trek inside the property Some points to note: - Some rooms are small in size - Last 500 meters road has very sharp curve - If you are expecting adventurous activity or swimming pool then this is not the right place however if you want to just relax and enjoy natural beauty and food then this is the place to be.

I stayed with my entire family in this place last week, it happened to be the most calm and enjoyable place. Those who wish to take a break from Internet world and like to stay in a peaceful environment to reinvent your inner peace/happiness, this is the place for you !!!! Very courteous and supportive staff, tastier home made food, safety environment, best spots for yoga/meditation, clean rooms , gym, basketball courts and many indoor games facilities.

I visited tranquil nest on a weekend along with my family , very serene and beautiful place. Situated on a top, amidst Coffee, Oranges and Pepper plantations, it is definitely a paradise for people looking for some time with nature. Waking up to the chirping of birds , strolling along the green pathways is a boost for our body and soul, away from the pollution and honks. Neatly maintained cottages. Very cordial and courteous staffs. Quality food, special mention about the piping hot carrot soup and the bread laddu (tasted for the first time ) which they served us. There is a basketball court which we did have fun playing. A very well maintained gym with all the latest equipments. A small library with good books. There is a place for bird watching , to sit and meditate/connect with nature. Totally soul touching and refreshing. On request short trekking activities are also arranged by the staffs. Over all a very satisfying experience and I would recommend this place to all people looking out for sometime with the mother nature.

Tranquil Nest is a little paradise on earth. Beautiful surroundings, birds singing, this place is extremely well managed by Mr. Nagarajan. Accommodation is comfortable, extremely clean and I highly recommend it. I was part of the recent writers' retreat and found it truly inspiring.

I ran a ten day writers retreat at Tranquil Nest for a group of novelists. The resort is in beautiful surroundings, with the most wonderful views of lush forest and mountains. The accommodation is excellent, clean and comfortable. The conference and meeting facilities are of a high standard and the staff are honest and fastidious. Tranquil Nest is professionally run. The manager Mr Nagarajan took care of all our needs and requirements, ensuring that we were well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend this resort for business or pleasure. I'll certainly be back.
