Hotel Alfresco- This hotel is very closer to the Airport. If anybody has early morning flights or late check-in must opt for this hotel. Also, Hotel Alfresco can easily fit-in into your budget. More food options nearby.

Tough to find where it is, doesn't have a board on reception. I booked through make my trip. When I went to check in they denied accepting EAddhar card which I carry in my Google Drive. They wanted hard copy of same. When I asked for instruction in writing, they denied i told them to come with me to police station i was denied i ended up saying your procedure is nonsense to which I was abused and told to be thrown out of hotel. On contacting make my trip they accepted that it's a valid document but denied any help. I ended up cancelling my booking. I booked at Hotel Maureen next to it a classy boutique hotel. Visible from Road they heard my plight. Apologised and infact offered me an upgrade. Dump All fresco it looked like a shady place otherwise why would they not have there board it's tough to find the location and even if u arrive there is no way to figure the place. The staff at reception look like Goons especially the mAn Sayantan. It's a damn shady place... Stay away.

If there is a negetive rating then i would have given to this hotel.. Totally fraud people in kolkata, they are makibg fool to their customers. I had paid the total amount for one day as advance still they asked me to submit 800 more (without tax invoice) bcoz i just came one hours before and asked me dont tell this to hotel manger/owner. Even i havent checked in when these guys asked me to deposit rs 800 extra which was not part of hotel tariff

I had booked a Premium Room at this hotel for 1 night from 4th to 5th June'18. As I was travelling from KL for onward journey to Guwahati I along with my friend opted a stay for couple of hours as we had an early morning flight to GHY. We checked in at around 1.40 am and we appreciate that the person from the reception welcomed us well. The room is indeed very spacious and has a clean bed. However the major issue came up is that the air conditioning was pathetic. And having a good sleep even for a couple of hours in a closed room without any fans or AC in month of June in Kolkata.. anyways we had a tough time.. Besides there are lot of stains in the bathroom as well.. needs attention in this regard also... Moreover, I had a longtime waiting to get an AC taxi to the airport... Even OLA and UBER not responding.. Pallab Saikia Assam India

Rooms are neat and clean. But hotel on the 3rd floor of a building. And no one there to help get you bags through 3rd floor. And the reception staff missed the alarm call. No ventilation to rooms. All closed. No restaurant
