Reason For Rating : Everything is good. Very cooperative staff, especially Mr. Indrajeet. Only thing to complain is the breakfast is limited.

They should keep checking whether remote controls of TV, lights, toilet jets, cooling of A/c's etc are working or not before the guest moves in & not after he has occupied the room. Getting shifted from one room to other is inconvenient.

At first glance of the rooms of this hotel, you will see everything is ok. But gradually you will find things are not perfect. The hotel got all the basic requirements such as AC, WiFi, Breakfast, Clean Room etc etc. But then u realise that AC doesn't have temperature control, WiFi disappeared automatically, Rooms are clean but not upto mark, No room service available. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 10:30 not even a single min before or after. Although breakfast is not buffet, breakfast can't be served in room. Overall the location of the hotel is good which is off great advantage, otherwise it's average.

My feedback points are as follows: A. Room: I. Smell was coming from room, as they did not use room freshener after room service. II. Pin of power socket was misaligned; you have to do exercise for putting plug. B. Bathroom: I. Water leakage from tap, wastage of water. II. Toilet fresheners were not used. III. Back seat of toilet was broken. IV. They did not provide soap case in the bathroom. C. Complimentary: C.1 Bottle drinking water: They did not told that water was complimentary and how much. C.2 Breakfast: I. Breakfast was complimentary but as per FabHotel Ratnakar Inn Ballygunge terms and conditions only. II. Breakfast was limited, only two very thin parathas for each person and when we asked for more they said- We are only staff, Ye esa hi hai (Its like that), complain kr do (mention complain in feedback) Or they will charge for it heavily. III. As tea was also a part of breakfast but they did not give you by their own, you have to ask for it. We dont know about the milk, weather it was complimentary or not. IV. They did not had serving bowls, while serving they used white, red, etc. colors of bowl, it looked that they had borrowed bowls from neighbours. V. They did not have glasses or they did not give you glasses for drinking water while having breakfast. VI. They have only two juice glasses and two water drinking glass i.e. total only 4 nos. of glasses in the dining area or restaurant. When we asked for more glasses as we were five persons- they said we dont have more glasses, we have to take out glasses from rooms, Fab hotel group ne nahi diya (Did not provided by Fabhotel group). We are only staff, Ye esa hi hai (Its like that), complain kr do (mention complain in feedback) D. Dining/Restaurant Area: I. Toilet attached to restaurant was not cleaned and smelled badly. II. They did not have hand wash near to wash basin in the dining/restaurant. III. There was not sufficient light in the dining/restaurant. IV. Hotel staffs are using dining/restaurant area for their personal use. V. Bedsheet, towel and other cover items were found laying in the dining/restaurant. E. RO water filter: I. It seems that they did not do any maintenance of RO water filter as taste of RO water filter was very hard. F. Common dialogs from staffs and female receptionist: I. Ye esa hi hai (Its like that). II. Complain kr do (mention complain in feebback)- and now I am doing the same. III. Fab hotel group ne nahi diya (Did not provided by Fabhotel group).

it was a terrible stay at that hotel, they were not having any restaurant inside hotel and if you are bringing food from outside you are not allowed to take those foods to your rooms you have to eat your food at dining area which was completely a isolated place, complementary breakfast was horrible , everyday same menu for breakfast and taste and quality is pathetic , you will prefer to eat plain bread with tea as compared to their breakfast. No room service ,for a single water bottle you will have to call reception multiple times . most important during our stay of 1st day we left some stain on the bed-sheet, when we came back they didn't change that bed-sheet first they asked for 100rs as charge to clean that bed-sheet and only after providing money they said they will send room service, but when we reached our room it was not even cleaned and the bed-sheet of other bed was also remains unchanged, then we called reception and after 45 mins they sent the room service person for cleaning but they didn't clean the room and washroom. It was a horrible experience on the very next day we changed the hotel and relaxed.
