This is a lodge converted into a hotel. Poor one !! It is located near the airport, they do give you a free pick up from the airport. It is on a small lane and looks creepy from the beginning. Staff is good and helpful. Rest is all bad. Dirt comes out of the running water. Food is not being arranged though ordered , breakfast takes almost an hour. Plastic doors, exhaust fan is replaced with a carton box. A poor place. Not worth at all. Had to stay here as no nearby hotels were available for the time slot.

I booked the hotel as part of a Flight + hotel deal and regretted it the moment I reached the locality. It is in an extremely crowded and dirty locality and the hotel has to be reached via a narrow alley. The reception desk, the corridors and the rooms, while reasonably clean and neat, are all suitable for a much lower priced hotel. The amenities too were disappointing and one got the feeling of having been taken for a ride after seeing the website. The complimentary "breakfast" is better thrown out of the window at sight. Never have I seen a worst excuse of food- just two greasy bits of toast on a saucer and tea in a chipped cup! Extremely noisy neighborhood worsened by a nerve-wracking religious procession that woke me up at 2.30 AM!. Never ever opt for this hotel- the worst in my experience so far of online bookings

Stayed in this hotel for a night on 29th Oct and my experience was pretty bad. Guy at the front desk did all the marketing discussions and promises but what we got at the end of the day was total zero. Room was very very small, probably 10/10 ft only for which we were charged Rs.2049/- Food supplied was below average and rotis were dripping oil and so was the curry... We had asked for a wakeup call at 3am, was assured that he will personally call and wake me up but even till 3.30 no call from him or his colleagues at front desk. Asked him for hot water for bath as my flight was at around 5am and he promised for hot water supply in the morning. When I checked at 3.30am I was told that he cannot provide hot water and bashed the phone down. We were told that his private vehicle would drop us to the airport at a reasonable price but he charged us Rs.500 for a 1.5 KM drive !!!! I might have booked a ola.... I seriously regret booking this hotel and i suggest not to book this unless you dont have any choice. A serious NO NO from my end.
